Haha! Go Nintendo! Wonderful news! :D
How is that Nintendo's fault? A simple google search would rectify this issue.
Exactly. PS4 is not without faults, but it's certainly not a bad console. In fact part of the reason it's selling so well is because it did a lot of things right.
A Link to the Past was the inspiration for Between Worlds. It's kind of unfair to say one is better than the other when the second acknowledges how great the first is. Few games can live up to a legacy. I have played Between World but not Link to the Past, so I cannot judge fairly. Now try to compare A Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time... now that's another debate entirely. :P
"What if something is wrong with the game?"
What does that have to do with releasing them on all platforms simultaneously? Nothing.
Well that completely stinks. That's a really dumb policy that Microsoft needs to remove. :/
It lacked some much needed controls features from previous games because of the PSP layout, but it was still a well made game with good voice acting and a good story IMO.
Personally I'm glad Nintendo brought this project back to life. Hopefully this time no one will complain about it like they did with Bayonetta.
You do know that there are OTHER people involved in the making of this game, not just Itagaki, right?
That's not bad at all. I think that makes Devil's Third the first Wii U exclusive with online games featuring that many players.
I believe the PS4 is being sold at a profit or at the very least a minor loss so it makes its money back on software. Wii U is somewhere in the same boat where it's taking a minor loss and making back on software. After Mario Kart 8's success, I don't see Nintendo taking a massive loss at the end of the fiscal quarter.
That makes a lot of sense actually. Nintendo has made a number of large scale acquisitions and are approaching new methods of advertisement. Not to mention QoL is probably an investment in and of itself. They will probably see some hardship for a little while and then get profitable returns in the years to come.
@Cindy-rella Actually Wii U is having a much better month in sales right now, mostly because of Mario Kart. Your comment is also full of other inaccuracies. Nintendo has some third party support with games like Bayonetta, Devil's Third, even Disney Infinity and Skylanders. Also "bad controls"? I don't think you've ever used a Wii U.
Team Fortress 2 was only $20 before it went Free to Play and that game nowadays has a lot more content than before.
That and it means that this outfit is going to get one-upped by a Rosalina costume. :P
The sooner the better if you ask me.
So were several Resident Evil games, No More Heroes and The Conduit.
Very well said! A lot of my love for Nintendo games stems not only from nostalgia but also how fun and how high in quality Nintendo games tend to be.
@badz I'm pretty sure Miyamoto was just saying it's more important to do something good rather than something that's popular. And I agree with that because not every game should be a super serious violent M-rated mishmash.
I think we'll see it within a couple of months. According to this they're already working on the reverse cross-buy. Not a moment too soon! I have a bunch of Virtual Console games I didn't want to rebuy! XD
