I've been told it's a fun game but has no online whatsoever. I'm getting Mario Party with Yoshi's New Island. Haven't played a Yoshi game in years and I might get it with Zelda. Bravely Default was my first choice, but I already got that one! :P
As of right now, Smash 4 is still an improvement over Brawl in the clone department which was also an improvement over Melee. If there are only two clones in this game, I'm cool with it. I wanted Lucina to be an alternate costume for Marth, so this works just as well lol.
Aw yeah. The multiplayer looks awesome as well. :)
lol You beat me to it! I love it as well. It's like a combination of Adventure Time and Tim Burton. :D
Incredible art style... I really love the look of this game! :D
You and me both! I see it everywhere, think about trying it but never actually do it. Fingers crossed for us both, eh? :P
Splatoon is Nintendo's take on a competitive shooting game. Kind of like how Microsoft has Halo and Sony has Killzone. I would definitely like to see Splatoon become a bigger franchise like Mario and Zelda. :)
They will have at least a few. I think Wolf was never formally revealed before Brawl came out.
Wii U gamepad is its own thing and pretty different from your standard iPad. Nintendo should just market it for what it is, a great alternative controller that provides some potential for great asymmetric multiplayer games and allows people to game without disturbing loved ones. My girlfriend likes watching DVDs while I play my game with headphones on. It's quite nice. :)
One of my friends made a great point in that the Wii U gamepad is as much a tablet as the 3DS or Vita are. None of those are tablets so the Wii U shouldn't be considered one either. It's just a controller with a screen you can use for touch and gaming without a big screen.
PS4 became a huge success by doing what Microsoft and Nintendo forgot to do and that's cater to gamers before anyone else. In fact, Sony's most successful PS4 games are popular with hardcore gamers. I could totally see the Wii audience buying a PS4 nowadays because that's the one with the most popularity and demand, but I'm actually surprised Sony is saying they're actually actively seeking to win over that crowd. It really felt to me like PS4 was doing something entirely ...
You have it backwards.
They also did PS4. Love VSauce. :)
Funny, cuz I keep seeing people crap on Mighty No. 9 for the same reason this game became such a huge success. And that's coming to everything, not just PC.
That has more to do with lack of backwards compatibility and demand. When people stop buying those remasters, the publishers will stop makin' 'em.
I think the man is just spit balling ideas. I don't think he literally means he would called it MN9 Legends, but give it a similar art and gameplay style to the Legends games. Either way I hope he does it. More Legends would be nice after Capcom unceremoniously cancelled Mega Man Legends 3. :(
We've been getting those on our phones for years now!
Not unless Nintendo implements submission filtration like Sony did with Little Big Planet. :P
I was on the fence between Wii U and PS4 myself. With this news I have almost no incentive whatsoever to get the Wii U version if I get my PS4 within the next few months.
This was actually one of the few games I ever played on the 64. And I thought it was dang good too. IMO 6 doesn't do it justice. But to each their own.
