@InTheLab Game developers keep going after they are done with projects. The guys who usually do Animal Crossing are making Splatoon. They are not just going to up and close their doors when that game is done. Your view is pretty negative and I'm convinced it will be proven wrong. Star Fox and Kirby are both confirmed and the latter even has a release date.
I guess all that's missing is Halo Reach and Halo Wars. :U
That's silly logic. So my PS3's not as a good a console because Sonic '06 and Duke Nukem Forever are on it? This is why we can't have nice things. -.-
Sales are not a mark of quality, just look at the Vita. Destiny was the reason I bought a PS4 and it has a significantly lower score than 80 on Metacritic and even lower on the user score. I don't play it much anymore and most of my PS4 time goes to Binding of Isaac Rebirth and Shadow of Mordor. I love my PS4, but let's not make excuses and actually acknowledge that Nintendo made a lot of games, good ones at that and those with Wii Us were given some fun content to play despite everyt...
Can someone explain to me why two consoles with the highest rated games are not selling a lot? I love that PS4 is selling well but so should Vita and Wii U IMO.
The hardware was right from a technical standpoint and so was the marketing. In my opinion Sony did everything they could to successfully win the biggest market share this gen and dished out the best console in the generation. I like what Microsoft and Nintendo have done too, but IMO Sony did it best this round.
But then you have to get up and put them on the console. I'd rather have the Amiibo reader nearby. :U
I disagree a little there. I like the gamepad, don't get me wrong and I think people don't give it a fair chance but I wouldn't say it outshines the old gamepad. I kind of wish the controller layout was a little different since I'm so used to Dualshock. It's kind of hard for me to adjust and Concertoine is also right about the gloss issue. Glossy controllers are blegh... otherwise I agree with wonderfulmonkey.
Rich of RTUSA is the anti-journalist. He lives for his clicks. No seriously, his YouTube views are his income. :U As a gamer who likes Sony and more recently Nintendo, the heck with Rich. He just spews a lot of hyperbole for views.
As long as they are making money I'm not sure what the issue is though and the 3DS sold quite a lot more... aren't you being a little too negative?
But that can be equated to any fanboy. Among Sony franchises, Killzone is not one of my top games so I don't yet know about Shadow Fall. If Sony was dishonest then the lawsuit will hold up in court but if they were not dishonest then the case will eventually get dropped. Fan opinons certainly won't affect any of this. :U
*Gives you high-five*
*Goes back to Shadow of Mordor and Smash*
I own a Wii U and I have owned a PS4 since Destiny came out as well and I can personally affirm that a number of your criticisms of the Wii U just are not at all true. At first I tried typing a list of counterpoints, but your comments are just so toxic and mean spirited that the entire basis of it is just pure hatred of Nintendo and its fans. It really is sad that there is so much negativity out there. People are just not allowed to like things without being called fanboys. Sigh.
Followed by some forced hyperbole joke about fanboys.
Not a game I myself would ever play, but I'm glad that Valve is taking the high road and choosing to let the consumer make that choice.
Didn't Mario Kart 8 sell Polygon's projected lifetime sales and then some in a weekend? Boy they must have felt silly after that. xD
Opinions are baaaaaad! D:
Probably intentionally started as a rumor to generate false scarcity to convince people paying hundreds on eBay is the only way. :U
Are you comparing Call of Duty to the likes of Bayonetta through sales?? That's not to say that PS4 and XB1 don't have some awesome games in fact I have been loving Shadow of Mordor on my PS4 of late. But the bottom line is sales don't equal quality.
I believe she also composed music for Shovel Knight. On that note, she's still totally got it.
