The Xbox One X was never going to be a game changer and suddenly turn things around. At the end of the day, it was a mid-gen console refresher. It is still an Xbox One and nothing was going to change that. Next gen is right around the corner and I'm super pumped for it! Both Sony and MS look strong going into next gen.
I simply mentioned bleeding edge as one of the games day 1 on gamepass. I never said anything about the quality of the game. Out of everything I mentioned, that is what you were most focused on?
That $1 deal is only for new users. I'm unable to get that deal anymore, so like me, I'm sure the majority of the subscribers are paying full price for gamepass.
This number comes from Xbox 1, PC, and 360 numbers. The PC number has been the spike of users as of recent. The number will continue to grow especially when Xcloud officially releases.

So many people who don't play Xbox are suddenly concerned. The Coalition has stated multiple times, the PC version was their main focus and wanted to nail it before working on the console version. I would rather have MS do it right, that rush out a game on Xbox. I don't mind the PC crowd getting a little extra treatment for a game that is predominately made for PC. It's the same with Flight Sim. It will get their console version as well after PC.

When anyone mentions a meta review for a game, nobody uses the lower reviewed score with less reviews. There are much more reviews for the Xbox version sitting at 67 meta. I know it fits your narrative to make the game look worse, but it makes you look petty
The vast majority of xbox gamers are fully aware MS messed up bad this generation. That moment has passed and MS has shown the last 3 years they have changed and ready to do things right this time.
I enjoyed the game for the most part. The gameplay is solid, but having to rely on a good team sucks. I stopped playing after a week, but as long as MS continues to support the game, I'll check it out here and there to see what's new.
At least MS is still advertising the game a month after launch. I know a lot of people give MS crap for not supporting some of their lesser known titles after launch so at least they are trying.

I agree, MS needs to release more new IP's or bring back some classics, which I see happening. There is already a nice variety of 1st party content releasing this year and I can see that continuing, but suddenly not making Halo, Forza, and Gears games would be idiotic. People complaining about the logo, go look at what's on the box for the Xbox One X. The "X" is using the same style as this and I didn't see anyone making an issue out it.
It's really not confusing if you look at the full name of each console, which is what will be on the box when someone buys which ever system. People who use the abbreviations are those who are more informed and know the differences between all the consoles. The Xbox One line of consoles is going to be discontinued soon enough to begin production of the Series X/S so there won't be 4 different boxes to buy when the system releases.
Nobody cares except those interested in console war bs. Halo Infinite will push consoles and sales at launch because the true gamers are the ones interest in the hardware at launch and want the best version.

You answered you're own dumb question. I think you're the one that doesn't get it. Why would MS release a special edition console for a game that released 8+ months ago on a console it didn't even launch on? What type of hype would that create? At least this way, they can build on the hype before the game releases to get people excited. The funny part is, if they did what you said, you would still complain about it because that the kind of fanboy you are.
