That great! I'm looking forward to it. I also think they will show a new game, maybe something on the smaller side like RAD.
You can already do that on x1 with several games. This will become more common next gen for both system likely.
I don't think MS will release the Series X at $400. The part I do agree with Patcher on is, MS will wait to see what Sony prices the ps5 at and will either match it or go slight below.
That looks about right Jin_sakai. I'm pretty sure Yakuza is coming to ps5 and The Medium is going to be a Series X exclusive. I think Call of the Sea is a timed exclusive. I'm surprised MS didn't mention any of this during the event. Vasto, you need to chill out.

I don't see platinum games or rockstar either and I'm sure they are working on something for xbox. I wouldn't take this as a complete list of all developers, but just a representative of how series x is getting plenty of 3rd party support.
They could be announcers like in Forza horizon
Highly doubt that
After all the hype, the lack of gameplay for ACV was the biggest letdown
Not the same thing really. Cross-buy from ps3 to ps4 only works with digital games and the total list of games is less than 70, being comprised of almost all indie games. Games using smart delivery will scale the game according to the system being used and the disc version works as well. That number will certainly be more than 70 and we already know of larger games like cyberpunk and AC using this feature, along with Halo Infinite, Gears 5, and other 1st party games.

I agree with this. What they showed wasn't bad, it how they marketed the show. If they simply said, "We will be showing first ever game footage from our partners for Series X." The backlash wouldn't have been a thing. I think people were most disappointed with how much AC Valhalla was hyped up to show gameplay, and it wasn't close to what people expected.
At least he admitted they messed up. Now on to the next show and make sure to set up the right expectations.
Apparently Scorn and Medium are going to be console exclusives to the series X or at least timed.
It would be neat but I'm not going to hold my breath. I feel like MS would be better suited to focus more on European developers and gain more momentum in that market because I don't see Xbox becoming a big player in Japan unless they acquire some big publisher like Sega. They should try getting 3rd party Japanese exclusives instead if they can.
I'm not going to crap on Xbox because of this misstep they had because otherwise, they have been really clear and concise with their messaging about the Series X. Even Greenberg apologized for it.
I'm not sure how this can kill any hype for next gen when neither Sony or MS have shown their 1st party games.
The biggest issue was the lack of substantial gameplay. They should have simply said, "game footage." The games themselves look good, but nothing mind blowing. I felt like MS rushed this event to say, "Look we showed games first." I didn't hate it or think it was terrible like some are making it out to be.
If MS acquires any more studios, my hopes are: Bloober Team(Blair Witch, Medium) and Asobo Studios(A Plagues Tales, Flight Sim). I feel like they fit well with the culture and size MS is looking for and both already have a good relationship with MS.
This ain't going to end well..
This month of Gamepass for Xbox/PC is looking great so far. I'm sure we will get some more announcements at tomorrows Inside Xbox.
It looks cool. I do enjoy me some twin stick shooters.
