@Pedantic91
You truly live up to your name.
Been shouting this for a while. I dont care if Polyphony ever adds another car to this game. Give us tracks!!! Especially city tracks that are "alive"! Where's Seattle? Where's Rome? Wheres Hong Kong? Hell they dont even have to be free! Release a track pack for 19.99 with like 4 new locations! I'd happily buy it!
Metroid Prime 4 is a Switch game that runs on Switch 2 with upgrades. Same as Breath of The Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. It's not a Switch 2 exclusive.
Open world racers aren't new. But open world Kart racers are. When Nintendo speaks in these terms, they're speaking of new ways for THEIR IP's to play, not the competition. They really never acknowledge the competition.
Exactly what grievance are you trying to air?
PSSR will get there. It's already made huge strides since the Pro launched last year.
Hot!
I'm not sure that a Metaquest with an Xbox logo slapped on it constitutes it being an "Xbox" headset. But whatever.
Dude come on. Stop with the strawman argument. Nobody shit talks Forza Horizon. Everybody knows, even PS gamers, that Forza Horizon is Xbox's best IP.
@darthv72
What made MNR so great was it's creation tools. You could create just about anybody in the game! The car customization was pretty extensive too! I had everything from Hitler driving a Nazi jeep to Michael Myers driving the Smiths Grove station wagon, to a black Iron Maiden van with "Eddie" driving! You could make anything!
Sony also had a damn good Kart racer on PS3/Vita in Mod Nation Racers. Now that IP is just sitting in limbo, doing nothing. Thanks Sony!
@Knushwood Butt
Lmao! You're seriously counting Concord? A game Sony pulled off the shelves and refunded gamers after what, two weeks? That is weak!
To those who disagree, please let me know what other new IP Sony has released this generation besides Returnal. Go ahead, I'll wait. And Concord doesn't count because Sony recalled it.
It's also still the only new first party IP released this generation on PS5. Everything else has either been sequels or remakes/remasters.
If Nintendo offered a cheaper model that was only docked to the TV (no screen, no mobility at all), I would buy it over the standard handheld model. I play in docked mode 99% of the time.
I would say social media addiction is more of the culprit.
I use the Split Pad Pro for this very reason. The Joycons hurt my hands after a while.
@S2Killinit
Don't play dumb. You know the "we" Im talking about. The ones like me who aren't impressed with Marathon, and there's a lot lot of us.
Right now we can only go by what we see, and we don't like what we see. I'm not going to sit here and pretend to like something or be excited about it, just to avoid being labeled a "hater".
This is disappointing, to say the least. This is such a step down from Destiny. It feels like a low-budget side project, not even a major IP.
I was hoping Bungie's next project was going to be them taking the Destiny format to the next level by maybe incorporating some real-time space travel/combat, some exploration, maybe base building, etc. Basically, a blend of Destiny and No Man's Sky. Thats what I wanted next from Bungie, not this slop!
Not really. Labo sales tanked. That's why it went away almost as quickly as it came. Even Nintendo fans have a threshold.
Because that's where the real money is made, in microtransactions.
