Those are pretty awful comments.
The first guy they quoted is obviously some stupid kid whose balls have yet to drop and TBH this doesn't prove anyone moved to the 360 at all. They're just comments left by some idiots who could easily be Bungie (or any like-minded person) for all we know.
In a perfect world the IW employees could simply make themselves a new studio with no ties to Activision but that just isn't the way it works.
Half of Acti-Blizz's money comes from Blizzard. When SC2 and the new WoW expansion release it'll be Blizzard holding it's head high. While this is great for Activision too I'm guessing it wants to do what it can to feel like it's still the man of the house.
I thought the CoD IP was owned by Activision?
A bit silly IMO. Warcraft is a game franchise which can go in any direction the developers want it to go. I don't see how it could go 'obsolete' TBH.
If you're talking about a specific feature in a game then sure it could end up obsolete in the future but as a game there's very little chance that would happen as long as it continues to be fun to play. The same is true for any game whether it's a computer game or a play-ground game.
Isn't the BSOD a software issue?
True that.
It was pretty chaotic on here yesterday though lol.
Who'd have thought a leap year glitch would cause so much trouble? The PS3 fans were pretty shocked at what was going on and the Xbox fans finally got a bone thrown in their direction.
I'm assuming you're ranting because you have lost your trophies for good. If you haven't tried recovering them yet you should probably make that your top priority before complaining about having to re-rent a bunch of games.
Not really since I still have my trusty PC to play on :D
Apparently VGChartz is a site that usually creates underestimated sales figures for PS3 games so doesn't it make sense that if that's true this may also be an underestimation meaning PS3 fans have more to be happy about?
There's plenty of lore in WoW. It's just not spoon fed to players.
At least it didn't used to be. Apparently Wrath of the Lich King is more focused with lots of story driven quests that tie in to the overall Lich King story.
Mass Effect 2 is awsome in it's own right. I don't think it 'failed' at anything TBH though there were things I felt were missing.
As an Unreal fan I wasn't expecting UT4 but I was hoping for Unreal 3.
'Gears + Halo + Mass Effect in one year = OMFG BOOOM'
I guess Bungie's not used to getting 3 great games in a year lol.
I agree
I wouldn't be surprised if Bungie had 10 extra accounts to approve his own stories.
Darksiders is great but the bosses were to easy. The last boss was especially easy to beat on normal difficulty but that fight itself was really good.
The co-op sounds great. Can't wait to get my hands on it.
There are apparently quite a few spoilers on the web in various comments that people have been leaving. I'd recommend you not read comments on pages about Heavy Rain until you've completed the game.
It does look pretty cool but the amount of feedback you can give from this one screenshot is very limited.
If they did a Diablo MMO it would have to be 18+ rated though that would be highly unlikely IMO even if it did happen.
