I can agree with that but the same can be said for the PS3
I agree apart from your last two sentences since I know a lot more people (here in the UK) with a PS3 than a 360 and whenever discussions start about HD consoles it's usually in favor of the PS3.
Also, I don't think the slim is make or bust for Sony. The PS3 will still be strong a year from now even if the slim doesn't come. It's not like the lack of a slim will force Sony to stop supporting the PS3.
Yeh it does look as amazing as I thought if it's the PC version.
I remember a tech demo of some sort a while back that looked amazing.
edit: sorry, meant doesn't look as amazing as I thought
Forget what it would look like as a PS3 exclusive and think about how good the PC version will look :D
If anyone hasn't played Trackmania on PC I recommened it. There's a free version of the game you can play and is a lot of fun.
Some may not like it but it's free so why not give it a go.
I have it on my laptop and keeps me occupied when I'm bored an Uni.
I thought Ico and Shadow of the Colossus were two parts of the trilogy to which The Last Guardian is supposed to be the last entry.
I didn't think they would be franchises of their own.
edit: As far as I know it's not meant to be a trilogy in the normal sense where they all tie in with each other story-wise but a trilogy in the way that Chan-wook Park directed a trilogy of movies that have nothing to do with each other apart from them being about revenge. The most fa...
He thinks MGS can only stand for Metal Gear Solid lol
'The Arcade is a useful system for those who want to replace their broken 360 not covered by the warranty and don't trust Microsoft to repair the problem'
That's a good point.
Single player isn't needed in the demo for those who have played the first but it would be good to have it for those who haven't and the more casual players who don't know how great Uncharted is.
I think a short single player demo with a multiplayer map would be the best option but I guess a multiplayer demo will show everyone just how great the visuals and gameplay are at least. That alone should be enough to get anyone interested in buying this game.
I'd much rather wear a Charles Bronson t-shirt. Now he's cool :D
edit: Bronson was just an actor BTW.
Yeh it is too soon for another Fable. Fable 2 was just released last October I think.
You mean gimped PC version lol.
I'm messing. It'll hopefully be great on all three platforms but I'll be getting it on PC if it's any good.
Did I miss something?
I have a problem where it won't accept my serial key for online play. Is that may what you're referring to?
I thought it was specifically talking about the use of XML in Word so I assumed that would be the only thing they'd need to change.
Anyway, I think MS will get around it somehow.
Am I right to think that MS can no longer sell Word due to the patent infringement and that changing Word to no longer infringe the patent would allow them to sell it again?
I got one thing to say about this game:
No base building :(
The crossbow in Half-Life 2 and the nail gun in FEAR do that as well.
It seems you don't know much about this game. Well, you can keep guessing then. You're obviously not interested in it since if you were, you'd know you guessed wrong.
I'm surprised there aren't any people ranting on here about how bad it is that they're already planning DLC before it's even released.
Isn't that what usually happens with these things?
Either way I'm glad it's getting DLC as I can't wait to get this for my PC and play it like crazy. I still have great memories of the first game.
edit: @RacerPump. From the gameplay vids this game is looking pretty amazing.
I don't remember reading any information a...
Source debuted with Half-Life 2 and from what they've said in the past Source2 will debut with Half-Life 3
Edit: Valve have released HL2 episodes every 2 years or so. We will likely see the final HL2 episode next year and I'm guessing it'll be another few years after that before we see HL3 with the new Source engine.
