I have doubts about Haze due to a feeling I have that Ubisoft is pushing to have the game released before xmas. I hope they are unfounded.

While I live in Canada, I've been the states a few times during Black Friday and just the amount of rude/rushing people can ruin any holiday cheer you might have.
I agree both great titles, I really don't know why people are comparing both titles since they are different genre. Uncharted is looking like a great action-adventure while Mass Effect is looking like an epic action-rpg.
While I am looking forward to Mass Effect more Uncharted shouldn't be skipped by anyone.
Half-Life2 graphically it's not even close to a PS2 game. Sure the engine is abit dated but there still is HDR lighting and great physics
your loss.. Half-Life 2 was one or the best single player FPS experiences in the last few years and is a difference experience then a multiplayer FPS.
oh and UT3 wasn't designed for the PS3... it was designed for the PC first (it's where Epic's bread and butter is).
Good news for PS3 owners... they can play one of the best FPS experiences ever in less then a month and just before hoildays.

I agree with Dr Pepper... the way people are talking about 8.0 score you would think that there is some vast difference between a game that scores 9.0 and an 8.0.

I have a friend that works at FutureShop and the PS3 is outselling the PS3 10 to 1. MS is paying vgcharts and npd to write lies.
Marvel Universe Online, might not even be canceled for long. Microsoft might just change developers.
Personally I would rather have Marvel Universe canceled over Alan Wake or Too Human.
360 version for the simple reason that I prefer the 360 controller

If Fallout 3 is anywhere close to the brilliance of Fallout 1 or 2, then it will by my GOTY for 2008 as well.
Edit: Oh and how can anyone disagree with someones own personal choice. Personally Assassin's Creed might still be my GOTY for 2007 (can't rule it out in till I play it).
might as well have some sort of system in place to buy old games online... this way some of the money makes it back to the developer instead of all of it going to Gamestop.
wow I don't really care about console sales... never had and never will. but I do find it disturbing that DW6 is outselling Mario Galaxy.

@mighty_douche : yes I did read the review and I wasn't surprised with the bugs and slowdown. While I consider Bioware second to none when it comes to making RPGs. Their last few RPGs have all had some minor slowdown/bug issues (KOTOR is a good example).
