Stay away from my wife, and please let her play Viva Pinata in peace.
Confirmed, PS3 = Sausage fest ;)
Serious though who really cares, which system has more women.
er nevermind... reread your post
Microsoft probably has a way to detect drive firmware and honesty the majority of the people who have a modified firmware probably pirate games. Which is why you were banned.
Sad to hear, but I do think the numbers are pretty low. From what I've read most of Microsoft's dedication methods online focus on finding pirated games with disc checks and simple logic (ie playing a french copy of ODST 3 weeks early in NA).
Funny as always. Espically Drake's addiction to walls.
Though since Uncharted 2 is the PS3's top game at the moment. I'm sure a lot of people will dislike this review.
Most times I read through 2 reviews, for every game I'm interested in and no I still don't see a bias. I do find it interesting that you consider me gullable, if I don't follow your line of reasoning.
Comparing a game series with 10 titles (R&C) to a series that only has 2 (GeOW). Is a bit unfair espically when you want them docked the same points for 'more of the same'.
Of course 8 year olds want to become terrorists, it has to do with all that alien sex they had 2 years ago.
I honestly thought that this myth about how the media is bias against the PS3, would stop after all the positive reviews for Uncharted2, Demon Souls and Ratchet & Clank.
Oh and Sileo apparently you don't remember what last-gen graphics look like. Sure Uncharted2 looks amazing but it's not an entire generation leap from everything else on the market.
The only game I'm concerned about is Brutal Legend. As sales aren't supposed to all that good and the marketing effort by EA was pretty lackluster after the game launched.
The reason I'm not worried about Uncharted 2 sales, is due to it's ad campaign and the success of the first title. So a 3rd game in the series is a given.
Quick it's a highly-rated multi-platform game, time to call it overrated.
I can understand some of the negative posts, as some people really hate FPS and you can't please everyone.
Though I have no doubt that the majority of the posts are from trolls that automatically hate anything that is multi-platform. Only games from their chosen system deserve a score above 90%.
At least in the sequel the majority of the bad guys are white. So there will be less 'this-game-could-be-possibly-b e-racist' commentaries this time around.
Also I don't see the problem with giving Uncharted2 a 4/5. Everyone has different gaming tastes.
I've just recently started playing Uncharted 2, over the weekend and it's really good. Still don't know if it will be my GOTY as I have preference for RPGs.
I might have to rent the X360 version when it comes out. Sometime I miss the simplified gameplay of the classic FPS.
My List:
1. Mass Effect
2. Fallout 3
3. Tales of Vesperia
4. Fable 2
5. Risen
Though I am sure once I've played Dragon Age. I'll have to replace one of titles on my list.
Alright here are my two cents:
My only issue with the Xbox 360, was RROD. Other than that I found it to be a solid console. It's been criticized for having last-gen technology due to it's DVD drive. Considering that the Bluray format wasn't ready for the 360 launch, not really a big deal.
Though I am sure that both Sony and 360 will be using Bluray next gen or maybe a modified version of it to keep piracy down. As it's getting cheaper and cheaper to burn bluray discs...
funniest thing I've read all day, Saaking thinks he has "unbiased thoughts"
bah, it's not like Dual Shockers was first website to diss a popular game for hits. So it's not a new low, but the same low class journalism that has been happening for years.
... and it's not going to change, anytime soon.
Am I the only one amused that some people are using blurry images that may or may not be fake to already downplay Halo Reach.
It takes me back to when people were waiting to see Killzone 2 gameplay and a small bad quality picture was leaked out and how everyone started downplaying Killzone 2. Only to be shown high-res imagery a few days later. Maybe history will repeat itself.
There are 2 games I'm going to pick up in November (Dragon Age and AC2), but for me the big money drain is going to be January.
With Divinity 2, Darksiders and Mass Effect 2 all due out.
Welcome to two weeks ago.
