EA are actually doing pretty well, even though MOH was a bit of a flop.
EA have 4 titles in the top 10, showing off their dominance.
Activision have 1 killer title - Call of Duty, EA have multiple great titles and it seems EA have fully learnt from their past mistakes.
Personally I prefer wired headsets, I had the X41's and they would always drop because of interference with other frequencies.
Ive had the X1's, X31's, X41's and for almost over a year now Ive had Astro A40's.
Once you go to 5.1 surround you cant go back, and Im loving my astros.

even though the ban is currently only in holland it stops/creates extra work for sony to get the ps3's to other european countries. The main warehouse where they get allocated from is in holland. They can technically be moved around to other countries but at extra costs.
By the look of things the US agency that deals with this is usually very slow, so nothing is likely to happen for a while.

With the number of games released in a year that 1-2% seems right.
Per year there are a massive number of games coming out, but many are overshadowed by the big AAA or COD's etc....
yea similar things happened on the xbox.
I got red dead hoping it took gta IV's engine and put it into a western I was loving it, as were a many others.
But 2 weeks later everyone went back to MW2, I had no choice since no one would play red dead without auto aim....
I got into KZ 2 quite late and many players had left that game. Only a few thousand online when I played.

I completed the campaign last night..Im trying to find a few people to get on bulletstorm (ones that know what they are doing)...
But yea it can get boring after a while.
A couple of friends have it but we are never on at the same time....
Anarchy is good, but youre gonna get morons who have no clue what they are doing..YOu will end up replaying a few levels more than once.
@despair - it was the same case with MW2. A couple of the maps were on the disc but were not finished, hence why the download for the DLC was soo small.
I dont mind that they are releasing DLC but in bulletstorm they need more gametypes. Just anarchy gets repetitive, its fun at first but after a while it gets annoying because someone who doesnt know what they are doing mess up the skillshots.

Call of Duty has just become boring. Same game different graphics and guns, and now old rehashed maps and maps that didnt make the game are being put in DLC.

It was because they were using a different programming language which people were not used to.
This meant that many programmers for games companies had to be re-trained and more highly skilled programmers had to be hired.

Youre right, the biggest problem with the whole 3dtv and 3d tech is that many many people have just about bought their first HDTV.
Not to mention the insane price tag.
I would rather not spend my money on 3dtv just yet, its not the time for 3D. Maybe in the future, but 'super HD' is coming soon. Not sure about the US but theres a few TV channels here in the UK that are working with Japanese firms to make TV channels broadcast super HD (4K and above...
every year is a strong year for a specific genre yet every year the number of games sold decreases.
I picked up bulletstorm for my 360 a couple days early and it is really fun.
I do see it becoming quite repetitive so longevity may be an issue.
KZ 3 will last longer easily, I am picking that up next week some time, having played the beta it will be a strong year for both games.
Homefront is out soon so this could be a year where many FPS games come out and real...
I gotta ask..

Its quite stupid the level of ignorance some suit in a parliament/congress will look at games and music but never the same at films?
