MW2, WaW, and COD4 all got hacked on the xbox easily..
THe xbox version of black ops had 1 hack which got patched, everything else has been glitches...
The same hacks will be coming over to the ps3 until either the ps3 hacks get fixed or they change something in the game..
I do find it a little annoying that robert bowling went quite public in blaming the ps3's security hacks for the in game hacks...

As it stands the PS3 line up is looking much stronger.
I wouldnt be surprised if MS have kept a few things hidden, but they are gonna need some serious contenders.
They will need something epic like the announcement for GTA IV DLC, or something.

The RnD in that will be way too expensive, if they create an operating system which will run on all tablets they can make money from it with just software.

The xbox hacks were because the game had no security it self, and the MW2 ps3 hacks were happening before the ps3 was hacked.
1 guy had done something to the game save data to manipulate the game so he could have infection hacks like the xbox version did. He then went on holiday and another 2 guys found out how to do it

only in this case, I never said they were always quick learners.
I think its quite obvious, MS had no intention of putting kinect to the PC market, but since they realised it had more applications because of the hacks they announced it for PC.
The windows 7 tablet thing, again is a similar story, its not focussed enough for a tablet/screen only system...Its not fully optimised, but windows 7.5/8 will be made to become more tablet 'friendly'.

The best way to be good at this game - there is no actual secret, you have to be comfortable, when I started I was average, but once I used most of the guns, I know which I play best with.
What I do suggest, cycle all the guns, for domination I have 3 generic classes.
Famas with dual mags, any pistol, Ghost, Sleight of hand (pro), and ninja.
The dual mags doubles your ammo, and makes the first reload of the dual mag clips faster, I use this class after we have capture...

I agree with you, I think they wanted full control over their own IP so the publishing company cannot say what they want the game to turn out like.

Each country has its own legal proceedings and laws.
Even the 'hacker' from the UK who go into pentagon systems has not been extradited yet, the UK also has a treaty it has signed with the USA that it can chose not to extradite people.
Whether or not the WTO regulates paten claims, its the laws within a country that will decide how a person is charged ...
Yay...Another game that could easily put more characters on the disc, but they want to profit from being lazy.
I dont think the hackers outside of the USA can be stopped unless sony sue them from within the country they operate in.

The problem is that china are more patriotic than many other countries (Namely USA), they have issues with buying things from Japan especially since the relationship between the 2 countries has been bad since the Japanese invasion many years ago...(1910 or something).
It will be interesting too see how they Chinese react to getting the playstation there

call of duty has lost it since MW2 - other games were terrible, even with an outcry black ops did not get a demo/beta..Seriously, You would think that many devs would look at the situation and think a demo might help us.
So basically there is no market for used games on the PS3 and PSN....loooooooool
