Forget free games, Sony have handled this as best as they could but they could have avoided it by not suing Geohot.

Im not that weak..but the difference in weight is pretty extreme when compared to the ps3 controller. Built in batteries, unlike you I have more than 1 controller so I leave 1 battery pack charging whilst I use the other in the controller Im playing with. Then switch, so if the controller had built in batteries...BUY 2 controllers.
i dont see them winning with games like gears 3 and forza 4 being re-announced.

The best controller for FPS IMO is the xbox controller, they should release it without the heavy ass battery pack and make it flat with built in batteries like the ps3 controller. They have already released the fix for the dpad, if the battery pack is removed and built in batteries are used I will buy that controller.

Its not MS fault, its a rockstar problem some where in the factory.

theyre being very strict in Japan about allowing the PSN to come back up.
The government wants to be assured its safe or at least that personal data is encrypted.
I think its down to the dev tools, possibly it could do with the texture formats and the way stuff is written and compressed.
Maybe the PS3 isnt as variable which is why ports from the 360 havent looked as good, but the other way around it looks very good.
I think that shows some flexibility with the xbox dev tols, maybe more games should be like that so its fair across both platforms or maybe this specific team which worked on this game were better than all the other...
They do look quite similar, but only video can tell us about frame drops etc..
But I really dont care because if the game is good and entertaining you will not focus on graphics.

Halo is one of the 360's most recommended games and im sure many stores were tying to get rid of the remaining stock so they bundled it with the xbox if a person traded in the ps3.

If they stick to the formula which made red alert 1,2 and generals good they will have a great game.
I was looking forward to red alert 3 but it had stupid aliens and random crap which made in uninteresting.
If they had stuck to the previous format, sort of realistic weapons and armies, with a few futuristic touches that game would have been great.

I think the best way they can restore confidence is to provide ID theft insurance in every company they operate in.

Even top agencies will find it hard, possibly not impossible but very hard.
