Do you know if this is also available for Z2 owners?

I don't think the actual speed of the internet connection will be all that critical (as long as you're not on a incredibly slow connection) the more important factor will be latency and coherency.

What I mean is if you have a friend on the other side of the world using share play it wouldn't matter how fast your internet is the sheer distances involved will create some minor lag issues due to the whole E=MC^2 issue.

At the same time you could be...

Lol.

No I just called his negative comment for what it was. It contributed nothing to the conversation and was just pointless and spiteful.

I'm all for people voicing their opinion in a mature and eloquent manner. That was just trolling, pure and simple.

Nope. Back under your bridge!

I can see this feature being used a lot by my PSN group. Many times I have bought a new game and been so excited to share the experience with a friend. Now that will be seamless and convenient to do.

Also quite often a mate will be undecided about a purchase and will wait to play my copy first. Now he/she can do that from the comfort of their lounge.

In that sense it should help sell some games too.

I applaud the devs for holding off on the free version and focusing on fixing the game for paying customers.

Typical "entitled gamers". Oh boo hoo! You have to wait for something that is free.

Here is an idea. Either wait. Or cough up for the paid version if you're so desperate to play. You should be thankful that there even will be a free version.

Online is pretty much fixed. I haven't had a single issue since the last update.

Yes is was a debacle of a launch, and I concede the lack of the PS+ version is regrettable. But if you bought it today you'd pretty much get a great online experience.

In fact I'd go so far as to say it is now a better overall online experience than say BF4. And that released over 12months ago.

I preordered and just waited patiently playing single ...

But it's not horrible!? I've played the crap out of it and loved every minute.

So it has some network issues. Pftt. I still can't stop playing it. It's actually quickly turning into one of my most played and most injoyed game of this gen on either system.

BF4 has been pretty much broken since launch. At least the Driveclub devs are fixing the issues quickly (already the online is almost perfect) and will continue to improve the game with wea...

The worst thing Sony ever did was try and enter the "budget" market of anything.

Any of their "flagship" devices (Audio/visual, phone, laptop, ect) are always are always amongst the best in the industry.

The Z series phones are hugely impressive tech. Offering the best durability, camera, screen, battery life, and hardware of almost any device.

The fact that junk Chinese devices are out selling quality devices is truly ...

I sincerely hope so. There is a disparity in computational performance between the two consoles so their should be a disparity in quality between the two versions of each game. That's just common sense.

And I think PS owners deserve to have devs push the PS4's hardware to its limits. I'm sure if the Xbox1 was the more powerful hardware this gen Xbox owners would be up in arms over the whole parity debacle too.

My question is. Where is SONY in all ...

I long ago gave up using reviews to make educated choices on which games to play.

I still enjoy reading them, but I now use them sort of like a "preview" if that makes sense? As a way to see some footage/screen shots. Get a basic overview of gameplay mechanics and any performance issues.

But I've bought too many poor games and missed too many gems over the years to take any reviewer's "opinion" as gospel any more.

Yes. Totally agree. The future warfare thing has been done to death. And it sucks.

COD used to be gritty and realistic. Bring back the WW2 setting. Old school iron sights and realistic ballistics. There are so many amazing and heart rending untold storys they could use for inspiration.

Stop with the glorification of war. Give us a glimpse into the true nature of war. It's been a part of human nature since time immortal. It's about time shooters at le...

I think it looks like it could be fun. I'll definitely give it a go on my mates Xbox1.

One criticism/disappointment though. Where is all the distructability?

For a game that is obviously trying for that crazy/OTT vibe, it seems very limited in that regard? Not even the cars seem to offer any bang bang opportunities? Weird yea?!

"PS4 has the stronger CPU"

False! In terms of Raw theoretical flops (floating point calculations) the Cell is more powerful than the Xbox1/PS4 CPU.

The difference being that the Cell is very good at very specific tasks. While the Xbox1/PS4 CPU is much better as a general purpose processor and in real world performance achieves much better results.

Oh my. I almost got all teary with nostalgia.

That moment you exit the escape pod and see Halo for the first time! Gotta be in my top ten best gaming moments. And easily top gaming memory from my original Xbox days.

I am so tempted to drop for another Xbox1 just to play this. But I'll hold off till either Halo5 or a Slim model.

Put. Down. That. Credit. Card......

I find battery life is excellent. I can't say how long a charge lasts exactly, but I generally get about a week of casual use before I have to swap it with the spare one I keep on the dual charging dock.

I've never had a fully charged controller run out mid session (a big session for me is 4-5hrs) but the hardcore amongst us might manage to run one flat in one session lol

OT Am I the only one who thinks that that controller is ghastly?!

@40-50Gb per AAA title. You'll be struggling to fit more than 7-8 games on a stock hard drive once you take into account the space the OS occupies.

Mine is currently full. Currently installed.

KZSF
BF4
Second Son
AC4
TLOU-RM
Watch Dogs
MGS-GZ
+ all the Free Ps+

Drive basically full.

Next game I buy I will have to delete either KZSF or BF4 as these are the only g...

I am all digital (except for BF4 and KZSF that I bought at launch) and looking to upgrade soon.

I've been waiting for 2Tb SSHD drives to become easily available. But I'm completely out of space on the stock drive.

Might just have to settle for a 1Tb for now and update again later. I have several PC/laptop so will always have a use for a quality drive.

I don't think the author is a fan boy as such. But the title should have read.

'IMO Xbox1 takes the lead in exclusives' or something.

IMO. PS4 definitely has the more compelling lineup of exclusives, both already released and announced.

The only two games that have me considering purchasing an Xbox1 are Quantum Break and Halo 5. And that is not enough to drop for the price of an Xbox1.

I'll wait for a price ...
