You've obviously never worked for a corporation. Corporations only merge departments in preparation for cutbacks and firings. Maybe it's great news if you're a stockholder and you think Sony should eliminate the PS3 altogether and focus on the PSP/PS2 and you see this as a sign of that happening. I'm only saying this because a lot of stockholders think this should happen.

but don't forget the online component. that will take strategy when you're up against live opponents. multiplayer should keep this game out of the used section.
those ads also say at the end of them "Free demo on Xbox Live." The free demo ad is on the first page of Xbox Live when you log in also. So if people don't play the demo and/or have no idea that the game is an RTS and buy it then that is their own stupidity. Besides they may still like it anyway because it's a pretty fun game.
Did people really think KZ2 would outsell a Halo game? People will buy Halo Wars just for the story even if they hate RTS games. Sort of the same...
Capcom probably didn't expect such a level of desperation from the Sony fanboys so they're playing it up right now. They probably assumed people would just figure it out: announcing the game exclusively on Xbox live, listing it as Xbox only in Famitsu with an attached interview with the game's creator, releasing this official announcement on that same day:

Of course, PSN is free. It's free because no one would pay for a second-rate service. PS3 users are living in an online stone age. They're like people who swear by AOL. Famitsu is the #1 gaming magazine in Japan. If they say "only 360" then it's either a timed or complete 360 exclusive. My guess is that Capcom wants Gears or Halo style success with MS backing them. MS does a ton for Epic to promote Gears 1 & 2. None of Capcom's HD multiplats combined sales have approached either Gears 2 or Halo 3 numbers so it makes sense.

"360 only" is the same thing as "only on the 360" in English. Maybe you should work on your English instead of your Japanese.

because Japan is not the huge market it used to be.
SO4 will sell more worldwide on the 360 than it would on the PS3 because the 360 has a much larger worldwide install base.
