Here we go again; another doom and gloom article about Sony. Have the good reviews of Sunset O really sparked all this? The Xbone finally gets a solid title nearly a year into the gen and suddenly Sony is "falling apart". At least it's entertaining to read such claims.

Woah hold on now. It's not a fact that any one controller is better than another lol that can't be proven. Saying that is just as bad as all the people who say the 360 controller is "the greatest of all time".

I do, however, agree with you in terms of the exclusives. People seem to be forgetting that Sony is dropping two huge games at nearly the very beginning of 2015 in The Order and Bloodborne. Plus next year will also see Uncharted, No Man's Sky, Ever...

Man, Xbone finally gets a decent exclusive in Sunset O (made by a studio who is basically a Playstation developer, mind you) and people are coming out of the woodwork to pick at any and everything they can about the PS4. You can tell they've been waiting for this lol.

Yeah their 2015 lineup is so full...of Halo, Gears, and bought-off third party exclusives that likely won't stay that way for long...that's something different...

Looks like a great game and will definitely sell, but it's not a title that much of the Xbox fan base will be interested in.

Uh wut.

A timed exclusive is #1...?

I don't know that it's a desperate move to rival Sony, but I do think it's even more evidence that Microsoft lacks an abundance of solid first-party studios. They showed virtually nothing new at Gamescom (I mean, the highlight of their conference was buying off Tomb Raider for a couple of weeks or however long it will be) and then they backed out of Tokyo Games Show. For the second year in a row, MS had a very solid E3 outing, but in doing so put everything they have to offer for ...

It is undoubtedly a victim of its own hype, much like Titanfall was, but...unlike Titanfall, at least it's a complete game and not just online with a bare bones "campaign". While the core experience of Titanfall was great, its average scores were deserved simply because it just wasn't a complete game. Destiny, on the other hand, is beyond complete. There's a main campaign, plenty of side stuff to do, and solid online play. Your guess as to why so many people are downplay...

I'd rather see it in the Fox Engine. That engine is no joke; probably the best on consoles we've seen to date.

lol another 6. Are people just low-balling this game on purpose in spite of all the hype or what? Destiny is not a perfect 10 by any means, but a 6? C'mon. Name me a better game that's come out for the next-gen consoles. This is probably the best game since Assassins Creed 4. Watch Dogs and Titanfall didn't quite turn out how we thought they would. Infamous was a solid game, but doesn't have near as much content as Destiny and Black Flag. It may not be saying much given how dr...

lol Halo has nothing on Destiny. Last time I checked, Halo isn't a FPS/MMO/RPG/third-person adventure.

1. Make something besides Halo
2. Make something besides Forza
3. Make something besides Fable

Microsoft barely gave us any new IPs last gen besides Gears and, for whatever reason, millions of people still bought their console, so why would they start now? They won't. Gamescom proved that. Sony announced tons of new IPs and Microsoft announced virtually none. And if you REALLY don't believe that MS lacks new stuff to show, then why did they back out of TGS? Exactly.

Yeah I'm sure that will pan out perfectly in your fantasy world.

>"Has big goals in Japan"

>Isn't doing a TGS conference because they have no new games to show

This comparison doesn't even make sense. If anything, shouldn't we be talking about how GTAV puts Watch Dogs to shame since they're much more similar?

Starhawk combined mech warfare with RTS which is more than what Titanfall did. You could fly a plane and turn it into a walking mech with the press of a button. And being able to build walls around your base, anti-aircraft guns, etc. on the go is also more than Titanfall can say. Starhawk did more and it cost less. Only difference is Starhawk wasn't overhyped to the point of ad naseum. Again, I'm not saying Titanfall is bad; I just think it could have been much better had Microsoft no...
