Angry? Actually I'm enjoying Rocket League along with many others, so idk if "angry" is accurate.
Sad? Refer to above statement.
Confused? The only thing I'm confused about is why you would even care about a PS4 game coming to your preferred platform considering you don't seem to think many PS4 games are very good...
Have a great day and keep on playing...ummm...whatever it is you're playing.
You'll say anything to make it sound like the Bone is getting a leg up, won't you? It's not like Sony made this game. This is one of the many titles that has launched simultaneously on PC and PS4 and will likely come to Xbox later. Don't blow your Microsoft goo everywhere; Phil Spencer didn't strike a deal with Naughty Dog or something.
Agreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed. I know I'm in the minority, but I always thought 8 was even better than 7. It was undoubtedly overshadowed by its predecessor. Many wrote it off for that reason and also due to the junctioning system, but anyone who's played 8 all the way through knows how amazing of a game it is. Hard to believe it game out in '99.
I'm talking strictly in regards to their E3 conference this year, as that is, after all, what this article is referring to.
Take away the annual regurgitation of HaloGearsFableForza from their E3 show and you're pretty much left with backwards compatibility as the highlight of their conference. Recore was a pleasant surprise. HoloLens looks like some amazing technology. Sea of Thieves...could be cool, but Rare just isn't Rare anymore. As for Ion: it's "co...
They pulled The Last Guardian out of development hell, are getting the most demanded remake of all time on their platform first, and are bringing Shenmue back to life. Even if that's literally all Sony had done, it would have been more shocking and surprising than anything Nintendo and Microsoft did combined. But on top of that, they're getting great-looking new IPs like No Man's Sky and Firewatch on their console first and also debuted two new exclusive first-party IPs in Horizon...
Dear AussieGamer, after reading another one of your comments, you won the award for being the biggest delusional fanboy my friend and you ended any hope anyone had for you.
Lmao a THIRD Forza franchise??? Yeah because two isn't enough. Keep on milking those cows, Microsoft.
Some food for thought: take away Microsoft's big four that they've been relying on for a decade+ now (Halo, Forza, Fable, Gears) and their lineup looks pretty barren, wouldn't you say?
R.I.P.T.

This misconception has been prevalent since the PS3 launched, when, in reality, it couldn't be further from the truth. So many great games from so many great studios (many of which Sony own) and spaced out beyond just the holiday season. Let the misinformed haters wait around fo play anything noteworthy for ten months out of the year...and even "noteworthy" is a generous term for regurgitated shooters and racers...
Sony won't integrate backcompat on PS4 for a very simple reason many are overlooking: they want to continue selling PS3s.
They were still manufacturing and selling PS2s up until 2013. I imagine they're striving for a similar lifespan with the PS3.
It's slightly inconvenient for PS4 owners, but it's smart from a business standpoint.
What kind of irks me is, considering Microsoft is doing it and didn't even have blu-ray last...
"They have more first party games than their competition" lol you're hilarious.
Basically Nintendo's only strong point is their cast of first party characters and Sony was acquiring studios like Naughty Dog back in the day when the Xbox brand had just surfaced.
I'm not denying that Forza probably is the best and most consistent racer out there, but your delusion is always good for a laugh.
Until next time, farewell.
Microsoft doesn't exactly have a large amount of first party games to pick from to develop. That's my only guess. Hell, with the Horizon series, they're now releasing two of these games per year. Don't care how good a game is; it doesn't need two annual installments even if they are slightly different.
Lol
@Palitera y'know, you're not the first to tell me that I should work for Sony lol. I wish. Thank you for the kind words. In my younger days, I was rightfully labeled as being a bit biased towards the Japanese juggernaut. I've tried to be as fair and analytical as possible as I've grown wiser, but I am still as passionate a Playstation gamer as they come. Look...if the franchises Microsoft insists on resting their laurels on are what you want to play, then that's completely...
You want an argument? Here ya go:
Most of Microsoft's exclusives are tired old franchises that they've been pumping out for a decade or more now. HaloGearsFableForza = same old crap. They literally make virtually nothing else. From a quality standpoint, I'll take Uncharted and The Last Guardian over those four beaten-to-death franchises any day.
In terms of first-party new IP, both companies unveiled only two. Do you really think ReCore and Sea of...
Thanks for reading.
Classic MS move. I'm also still confused as to what "holiday 2015" means. The holidays in the States are roughly considered from Thanksgiving to Christmas, yeah? I highly doubt however much they paid was worth a month of exclusivity, but who knows. Worst part is: considering Microsoft's first-party studios are tied up making more Halo, Gears, Fable, and Forza games, you already know their "big surpirses" at E3 are gonna be third-party "exclusives". Sure, ...
You win.
Spotie, you're fighting an impossible battle my friend. You could tell this guy the power ranger in his avatar is red and he would argue with you.

I'm not going to "defend" Sony in this matter because I really don't know the whole story behind why the method of crowd-founding was chosen; none of us truly do. All I'm going to say is: who freaking cares? Who cares how it is being done? The fact of the matter is that it's getting done.
