This is an educational article, letting you know how to get around an unfortunate oversight in the ps3's firmware. It is NOT an article about how the ps3 version is better, or how the 360 version sucks or any combo of those words. Nor is it anything saying the ps3's native resolution is 720p. After playing it for a while i think i have an idea of how DLC might work. So here's the DLC breakdown as i see it.
DLC for BOTH systems could be:
1. an entire episode with story missions.
2. probably consisting of a new city(put that airport to use!) or new interiors of buildings within Liberty City
3. New clothes/shops to buy clothes
4. New vehicles (of course how could they miss this!)
5. New radio stations
