i know, i tried to make a funny, i guess i failed
It WILL happen. Sony is not dumb enough to let this opportunity slip through the cracks. Its just a matter of when they decide to or are able to act on it (ps2 emulation through software is needed).
Yeah! Rainbow 6 Vegas' terrorist hunt mode is obviously the better comparison for Pac-man!!
Apples to oranges much? Peggle is a game I play at work while waiting to go home and play MGS4.
I can't wait for this game. I'm so glad they are releasing it a month before LBP so I'll have a little time with it before I get sucked into the sack realm. It looks like there is a whole lot more than just a month to this game though.
What's the game featured in the trophy example pic? "New Star Found" is one of the trophies. Some sort of unannounced space exploration simulator, or just a mock-up game for example purposes? my money is on mock-up, but you never know. I like space.
I'm sure its just a matter of Sony not wanting to speak for other developers. This will be big, and developers will get in on this, believe it. They've been given the 2.4 devkit, but I think some developers would just as soon not remind you of their first PS3 games (read: 'terrible ports'), and focus on the future.
WTF is up with COD4 anyways? 3.3million people buy your product and you can't patch it to support rumble?! That's not very nice. Maybe they're just waiting for this?
There's suddenly less room in my pants!
COD4 feels freakin' awesome on PS3. R1 = Fire. It just feels wierd when i have to use my index finger to fire on R2 when there is still stuff to do on R1. It makes me want to use my middle finger to fire with, which is absolutely wrong in so many ways.
...congratulations! You predicted something predictable! You win the innernets!!
Ever play Dungeon Siege or Neverwinter Nights? That's the best I can come up with.
Please show your work jpinter, lest you hurt your credibility. From an audience's perspective it looks like you just copy/pasted Blizzard's FAQ and claimed it was your own research. Not pointing fingers, just saying that a phrase like "We don't comment on rumors and speculation" being spammed by PR is completely believable, but an almost exact print copy of a awkward sentence like "Yes(, this is PC/Mac). As with all of Blizzard Entertainment's recent releases, Diablo III will s...
If they can make Red Alert, or World in Conflict work on a console then they can almost certainly make Diablo3 work. It is totally possible to narrow down the control scheme to work on a gamepad, while still leaving full keyboard support for the more hardcore players. My PC has seen many moons, and couldn't handle this game, even at its lowest settings I'm sure. A console version is probably the only way I'll get to play this game. Here's hoping they open their eyes to the fact that there are...
Want to buy :)
Must pay mortgage :(
WHAT?! Where do they find 6-packs of Boone's Farm?!
"Blizzard will get owned in the media" for 5 minutes until the next hype train pulls into the station. Seriously, they haven't said anything about this. If there is excitement around this Blizzard is just going to sit back, drink a beer, and laugh until they are ready to divulge whatever it is. Trust me, they are enjoying the free traffic to their site. When they announce the "Brand new Starcraft Pogs" and the internet goes "Boo", they will not be sad.
trumped up much? this is probably just a marketing effort for Starcraft2. A release date, videos, faction bios, general information that they have been holding onto. One picture, and suddenly its a new MMO. hype hype hype.
Damned kids took my excuse! Now how am I supposed to explain my chicanery and ne'er do well antics?!
sounds cool, but wouldn't Alucard's backwards dash break the whole game?!
It's developer's choice. When up to half of the developing team is focused on online/multiplayer its up to them to decide how important THEY feel an online component is to their game. Its up to YOU to decide how much the trophy or points are worth to you. I guess I agree if you mean whoever decided to make online achievements on XBL (a pay-to-play service) needs a punch in the face. On PSN online gaming is free so I really don't see the trouble.
