The landing challenges are class to be fair to them. More of them can only be a good thing.
Fantastic game. Reviewed it on PC a few years ago. Glad it's going to get a console release to let more people experience it.
Colin's uncle Francis also had this to say:
"You might think that, I couldn't possibly comment."
It still amazes me that people in Japan were playing games of that visual quality on consoles in 1998. Fair enough, it was right at the end of the year but still.
And I am old and from Europe so you know I had and loved a Master System as a child.
It makes you think 'What if'.
It's probably Sega's best console yet it was their worst selling (I think)
And the C-buttons for camera control, imperfect as they were, were still the first attempt at solving 3D game camera problems.
Smackdown 1 and 2 on PS1 don't get near the respect they deserve.
Not to mention the Platinum/Greatest Hits selection at £20/$20.
N64 had reduced-price titles but not nearly as cheap and not nearly as many.
Father_Merrin but sure, N64 lacked JRPGs as well. Lacked 2D games in general.
And yes, I know they had a few of each but not nearly as many as gamers were demanding at the time.
As for Gran Turismo, you can blame the cartridge again - you could never have a game with as much content on N64
A lot of people felt the same way, PS1 had a deluge of games, N64 often barely mustered a trickle.
Choosing cartridges really hurt the quantity of 3rd-party games
Mario Tennis was superb. Such a balance of skill and accessibility.
Although DK serves were unbalanced.
That RE2 port was pure witchcraft 🤓
Definitely. Nintendo have something people can't get elsewhere and a broad fanbase who are happy to pay for it.
I really enjoyed reading this. Thank you 😊
I got a kick reading the Indy one in NV - I always loved that 🤣
I totally forgot about that :-/
Amazing scene though 😍
It has debatably been in a tense cease-fire for a couple of years but you are right, it would be the end of it as we know it.
Oooooh, what a match-up.
I used to prefer Smackdown, I don't know why...
but playing both nowadays, I think Raw is a more enjoyable experience.
They don't mention anything specific TBH
Just they they cover all gaming stuff, not just Ubistuff so I imagine there will be Nintendo content. It wouldn't do well if they ignored such a huge market.
