Until Xbox allow assets to be uploaded into Pro Evolution Soccer, the Xbox version will always be an inferior product. Fair enough if you don't mind changing all of the club names yourself and power to you if you don't mind generic jerseys. Totally agree that the misplaced priorities of the Xbox One as a whole did a lot of damage. But the lack of quality exclusive titles has never been tackled properly. Even on their best run of exclusive titles during 8th gen. their output in this respect was still poor.
And they launched two consoles with no new exclusive content.
Those are the two we don't miss.

I know I say this a lot but Atari Lynx and Game Gear were laughed at for a battery life similar to/better than a Switch

Totally. They are still relatively cheap to find second-hand while the most of the sizable library is available for next-to-nothing.
And that's before you even consider it as a portable emulation machine.
Plus any good will the devs try to win back will likely upset CDPR's already upset investors.
