It doesn't matter, this is a fanboy site (yes, heavier on Sony, but not by much). You have the xbox fanboys who think all Sony fanboys are jealous, and all the ps4 fanboys that think the ps4 is miles ahead.
Then you have the 60% or more that game on pc, and literally don't care, but get lumped in with either side of the fanboys based off of what they say "sounding like" they are "supporting" one side or the other.
The Japanese would love this to go multiplat...

Markus, the difference is that console's hardware is static, and a dev team learns tricks from game to game to make it look and run better.
Steam machines are a dynamic stepping stone between consoles and pc, something new. They (plural not singular) will offer different visuals for different prices, and a dev team will most likely not optimize for the different hardware, much like on pc.

Mrmagoo, i agree, and people can use a controller or m&k if they prefer! I've met people who own on the controller, even though I don't get it.
Tuglu, my guess is the version they are playing for the demo is on a very easy difficulty or the player damage is turned off just as a showcase. Many companies do this as it would ruin the demo's "flow" if the person died unexpectedly.

The fact that you as a consumer are FORCED to spend the extra $100 on the camera is a prime example of why ms is anti-consumer. "Kinect voice commands?" Let me do it through the headset... is another example.

@truefan, we aren't saying the x1 can't do 1080, just that it will always have to sacrifice compared to ps4. Tomb raider is a prime example. Both systems output 1080p, but x1 runs 30 fps with dips, and ps4 runs an average of ~50 fps

Spec ops, payday, bioshock, metro, hotline Miami, darksiders, borderlands 2, deus ex, kingdoms of amular, bf3, saints row 3, sleeping dogs, dragons dogma.... uh, there were more... dark souls... All of those are m rated.
All of those were free in 2013. This guy is obviously new, and outlast should be on the list as it clearly states that it offers mature content.

I understand what you are saying in a way... However, this is the second sale that has affected ps4, which is big in my opinion.
The new consoles keep their demand (price) up, so now that I've seen multiple ps4 games on sale (January's flash too), I feel like Sony is actually trying to help gamers... for lack of a better way of putting it...
