I agree with you, and I will add that I don't understand watching a video game being played over actually playing a video game.
I'll watch for like 2 mins to get a sense of gameplay if I'm on the fence for buying it...
I get what point you're making, however, it does not apply to the overall sales of the game.
Also, you can't compare titanfall sales specifically to infamous sales, simply because Infamous is a true console exclusive whereas titanfall is releasing on 2 consoles and PC.
I understand why you're saying what you're saying, because this is not a true bundle, it is a retailer specific bundle (Aka, a core unit + a game + a controller) all in separate...
I don't know enough about the Japanese culture... do they see the same sales surge during the western holiday months for your point to be true?
I enjoyed duke nuke m forever, but as a $2.50 usd (gamestop) purchase LOL. Sorry, man.
And if ps4 won the award we'd see you in there saying how the ps4 didn't deserve it.
It's funny how you are exactly what you hate, but the opposite view.
And marketing in parade magazine disguised as a survey.
Was probably multiple choice, and to be multiple choice you had to buy a spot.

@rainslacker,
I agree, I started to read the article and immediately went... wow, marketing under guise of surveying.
I had a good laugh at the dial part as better products for kids have been around for a long time. Seriously, people, stop shopping at wal-Mart and you'll find a host of new products.
Don't buy into the console launch then?
I've played a lot of games on my ps4, resogun, ac4, flower, warframe, contrast, don't starve, kz, little blacklight, little ff14 beta now, outlast...
Best part about that list I just gave you is that I've only spent $120 on the list for two games, ac and kz.
I agree, I also think that the f2p have received a lot of attention as well.
No, that's just your selective reading and memory.
http://m.gamestop.com/catal... lists this game as, "Split-screen offline co-op"
In addition to this article saying, "it still has an offline splitscreen mode. The bad news is that this mode is exclusive to the Xbox One, and even if we want to play this mode, we won’t be able to do it offline as this video demonstrates."
So you have to be online to play offline, r...
Is it fully online like the games you mention? I'm quoting the article with,
"it still has an offline splitscreen mode. The bad news is that this mode is exclusive to the Xbox One, and even if we want to play this mode, we won’t be able to do it offline as this video demonstrates."

Wtf don't you get about our quarrel with that? Does that make sense to you that there is an "offline" mode that REQUIRES you to be onli...
@postedup
The difference between many of the games you mentioned and garden warfare is that some had absolutely zero practicality offline, like mag (Or you were missing information like about warhawk).
Garden warfare is a game that has no reason to be online only... gearnuke even said, "it still has an offline splitscreen mode. The bad news is that this mode is exclusive to the Xbox One, and even if we want to play this mode, we won’t be able to do it of...
I'm sorry that this is so off topic...
But just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they are a Sony fanboy.
On topic: I refer you to morganfell's comment below ours.
Morganfell said,
"A 360 at launch for $399 and a PS3 for $599. Now let's include the cost of 7 years of Live and 7 years of PSN. Not PS+ because we are strictly examining the cost of being able to play the other half of the game for which...
I worked retail in a gamestop for almost 3 years... I forgot how much the cumulative value of the two systems angered me when one would say that 360 was cheaper.
The value in ps3 is still very much relevant to ps4... not to mention the value of ps3, ps4 and vita with ps+...
What's your point?
The way I see it is that you should be pissed that you were "forced" to buy a peripheral for $100-$150 that has only proved itself as a glorified Mic for voice commands (that have started to piss me off) rather than buying the console for the sake of console.
@ krib's second post, "The fact of being a hypocrite saying cheaper system and better multiplatform is what mattered to you but you bought a ps3 makes you one."
If you bought an original xbox before the 360 it means you ate a hypocrite 2x to his 1x. Lol. Let's stop this stupid argument as the past is past. Maybe he was a hypocrite then, maybe not. That's just how time changes things.
I'm just sorry you let yourself get forced into bu...
I still don't get the allure to watching someone game over a prolonged period of time...
If a friend comes over while I'm playing a single player game I always offer/hope that they either take controller me or we switch to a two player game.
I don't understand watching a video game being played over actually PLAYING a VIDEO game.
