Anyway yeah, the game is incredible.
The xbox360fanboy podcast (Joystiq) brought up a good point in their last show about the 360. READ THE WHOLE THING BEFORE YOU COMMENT/RIP ME APART
But if the PS3 was the same price or just a bit more than the 360 and had a library of games that could compare to the 360's at launch, would - after all those hardware failures of the 360's mean that the PS3 would of ended up on top?
Now PLEASE don't take this as me bagging on the system because i am not, i am just wonder...
The fact i feel scared to say this here says loads but:
I love the way microsoft have their live system set up so it is all pretty much accessible anywhere in the world with a internet connection is great.
I can be at college, message friends, start up downloads all this stuff which for me is pretty useful and would be a whole lot more useful to me if sony had this stuff for the PS3 (because it is my main console).
I would LOVE for sony to even get half ...

Yep.. and they were saying that when the PS3 first came out..
Fact is, neither consoles will reach their limit for a good few years to come.
It isn't that sony didn't pay for them, it is that sony can afford NOT to pay for them as they have so many of their own internal studios.
Not as much as they used to, as the PS3 install base grows - it is harder for the publishers to ignore those potential sales.
Well im not sure about that, they have recently closed down two first party studios.

Everything you just said made no sense at all and stinks of jealousy. Seriously, what issues? The game has been running pretty much perfectly besides the two times when they took the servers down.
Seriously, get a clue. Online, this is the best FPS i have played on a console - i have 1 day and 3 hours online time ALREADY.

I agree, god of war: coo was amazing.
The camera is right behind the gun and as you carry the gun at your hip it makes you seem smaller.
GG is an internal sony studio, so the author isn't really wrong calling them sony.
They have taken the servers offline twice for about 30 minutes WOOP WOOP.
Holy sh*t, i wish people would stop moaning. This game runs amazingly well, no lag at all - thanks to every single server being hosted on GG's servers.

It is the main reason i prefer my PS3, the games - sure PSN is a bit disappointing in some parts compared to live but it is the games i love.
I think microsoft have tried really hard to get the gamers on their side (With the exception of the hardware failures) - they have brought online gaming on consoles forward and seem to make sure everything is out on time - microsoft have put a whole lot of effort in this generation so i praise them for that.

I would of bought this on release if street fighter 4 and killzone 2 were not as amazing as they are. I'm still looking forward to buying this expansion pack though, looking at the end of march.
We can ignore the wii, it has created its own industry. It is the PS3 vs 360 from now on, that is all that really matters to us real gamers.
