I'll say it again:
Xbox live and PSN - actual online PLAY, both are equal in stability. Sure each have their own strengths - but i wouldn't put one over the other in that part.
But for things like, integration, depth of service and overall features Live is better - it is hard to deny that.
Sure PSN keeps getting these updates which are great, i love them - but almost all the new features that come feel like they have just been stuck on, unlike Live where...
I really hope so, i love rare - but what they have done so far this gen hasn't left me positive.
Why dis is funnayyyyyyy
Lovefilm still havn't sent me this game, but i think Square should just cut their losses and forget about a PS3 version. It isn't getting any positive reviews :\
Even if microsoft don't announce anything new (Which they will) the xbox still has more than enough games for 09.
Just because that list may not be as big as the PS3's, doesn't mean the number of games the 360 has coming out is bad, far from it.
I buy so much more content on PSN than i do on xbox live so i'm probably still a bit more annoyed than most people by it.
Either way, 16 cents (11p) per GB isn't really that much - infact, i was suprised they wasn't actually already doing it.
Microsoft don't charge the publishers, they shift the cost onto the customer with their stupid ass point system.
If it wasn't for Street fighter 4, i would of given up on capcom a while back.
I don't care about those two games and how they did. I know it isn't huge, but it isn't ANYWHERE near the flop some people are crying it out to be.
Killzone 2 had 2 days of sales. You can stop getting all excited now :)
"It has truly proven to be one of the few glimmers of life in an otherwise abysmal PlayStation 3 lineup.."
'nuff said. 5/5 or not - the writer is an idiot.
I only play private matches so my opinion of the game is different, i have been in public matches and when certain modes have been set up - it can get into a big nade fest, but that is what happens when you give such control to players.
As far as i am concerned though, the multiplayer is fantastic when played properly.
The way you word your posts makes me think you are schizophrenic.
Might be a silly question but..
What the hell is "Musou Orochi Z" ? I've never heard of it before - unless it was released here under an english name?
I agree, wasn't an amazing game. But wasn't terrible like the reviews made it out to be, i played online for a good two weeks.
I played the Ninja blade demo and the combat and graphics seem much more satisfying than Ninja Gaiden's.
However, the quick time events at the start of the demo were an example of how not to use them if you ask me.
Though, neither Ninja Gaiden and Ninja blade do much for me - they highlight what other games do so good.
Probably not, but the 3 million ponts won't be all given to one person. It'll probably given away to people in 800, 1200, 1600 and 2000 portions.
"I wonder which game they will choose to be released around the same time as the price drop for both the PS3 and PSP. "
I don't think they will release a game around the price drop, but just unleash a big advertising campaign to show off all the great games they have released recently.
Sony have said it many times that they're in it for the long run and i imagine that applies to games too - aslong as they can get them to sell well over time, they're fine :P...
Ninja gaiden 2 is published by microsoft game studios, they could easily change the name slightly and have EA publish it themselfs for the PS3 version.
The playstation took the industry to the next step, it brought it to the masses.
We are now witnessing nintendo taking it to that NEXT step with the wii and DS.
