Nothing will change the article writers views but I only can judge for myself and the track has way more detail in F3 than GT5P (although the palette is somewhat over saturated).

The Cars - no comparison. GT5 models and lighting create a photo-realism that I wish F3 had ( really, I do!) but all the customization will create a varied grid so maybe that will help:)

The tire simulation on F2 was good and I am looking forward to getting stuck into the third game.

I thought the eyes and eye contact were really well done.

The point is that all these sites hire ordinary people to do these ordinary jobs of reviewing games.

As in any job, some people are good at their jobs and some people suck.

Therefore you are just getting the opinion of one person that works in one job for one site of a game that he or she did or did not properly play or even like.

Far too much emphasis is put on reviews and reviewers nowadays. Whatever you are into, whatever you own, whatever music you li...

Only thing I want to know is why in the article it says,

"Thanks to Microsoft’s restrictive review process, we were forced to play with an eye fixed on finishing the campaign quickly – running from place to place without exploration, and passing checkpoints without taking time to defeat every enemy in an area."

Eh?

I know REALGAMER, every platform is like a crying baby at the moment in need of at least a couple of games to feed it. Being into games is so much more expensive today than in 'the good old days'(tm) :)

My fave of the moment is Trials HD

Numbers don't mean crap to me on any game that pushes my buttons other than to confirm that I am on the right track,,

There is only one game I would pay twice for this year and I am not going to tell you what it is ;P

ForNgoods,

I was never referring to your message in the first place :)

Must have been a mix up there cos I was replying to the first comment.

I just can't call it destruction derby morelike. Mistakes cost you a race and penalties can offer the same experience without people just trying to cause destruction 'just to see what it looks like'

Me and a few friends have been a many track days and have never crashed. Does this mean I have yet to experience driving my car on a race track and experiencing competitive driving?

6101d ago 2 agree2 disagreeView comment

I know. At the least the game should injure or kill the driver and wipe your savegame so you have to start a new career. That's realistic damage.

As with prev GT's the game may well end up changed from simulation to exaggeration to meet the 'expectations' of 'western gamers'.

A shame really because like most Japanese car enthusiasts, I am interested in the art and skill involved in racing, not driving into walls at 160MPH just to look at the smashed up graphics...

You should check out the comments on the BBC site. See if you can place the name of a competitors product in there without them seeing. It is like it is being vetted by an oppressive government.

Problem is that,

1. The bbc treat the letter writing public like children.

2. Ian Lee is a sad geek (read twat) who thinks he is funny by trying to impersonate Chris Morris (who is funny) and somehow ended up on TV.

3. Even if the BBC do alogogise, it will only be a 5 second segment at the end of a future show.

The good news is that the general public are largly stupid and will still buy this console in droves. Sony got the slim out...

Well, if history is anything to go by then the PS3 should start selling millions about now thanks to this sort of press....

Shame only old people watch this show :( (and Daily Mail readers)

I hope that human nature does not kick in now that it is hyped so much and get kicked down scores from high-brow ego obsessed sites.

What are your favorite games in your 360 collection? Are they exclusives? ....and how about your PS3 collection?

When is the last time you played a games console? They do nothing unless you put a product from another manufacturer in there.

Eurogamer made it look like the PS3 version had no lighting. Or the addition of lighting to the PS3 version posed too much of a problem the rookies who code this series.

Do you know, you guys would be better just skipping the obvious bait that these idiots leave you and move on to praise the game.

It ends up looking desperate - like a part of you inside may actually worry about what he is saying, leaving you to over defend like the fierce homosexual person basher who turn out to be gay themselves.

Like bees, it is better to ignore them than to wave your arms about and scream :)

Okay, the 1st one had some issues but no one is better equipped with an iron than the developers 2nd time around and it is looking good.

Just for 5hits and giggles, someone should change the news title to, "Just cause 2 looks pretty much as good as Uncharted 2" (can you imagine the politics there) That would speed things along for this largely ignored game.
