Wait, Vita does a little under 60k and it's doing great...
Wii U does over and around 50k for some of the earlier months and it was doing horribly?
Am I the only one confused here? How are either of those figures supposed to be good, let alone the Vita's?
It's a double-edged sword. Which third party games have sold well on Wii U? Zombi U did okay-ish (around 500k I believe) and Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed initially sold most on Wii U across all platforms.
Keeping this in mind, Black Ops 2 apparently did not do well nor did any of the other big names like Assassin's Creed. Yeah Wii U needs content, but even the ports that were not so bad wound up not selling. It's a shame, I agree but what developer is going ...
That's your opinion and power to ya, but I'll take badass biker dad over unlucky photojournalist.
Ah, that's a pretty good explanation. Thanks to both of you guys! :)
The eyes and hair have subtle differences and the model itself is much more colorful and detailed.
DragonKnight, if you're reading this, I officially feel exactly like you right now...
Eh. Well, if it improves the system I can stand to wait an extra month. By then I'll be playing Pikmin 3, so I'm good.
"Wasnt there an article that said even the Vita was beating the Wii U in sales? LOL."
That was a fanboy statement if ever there was one. So not only are you incapable of acknowledging any sort of middle ground, you resort to gloating about sales for a platform that has done slightly better than Wii U and is still presently being eaten alive by the 3DS, its more direct competition.
If you want to talk sales, here's the rundown. Vita and Wii U hav...
"Nintendo's Wii U doesn't stand a chance against the PS4, let alone XBox One.
Not even in the same league..."
How is this a factual statement exactly? This sounds pretty subjective from where I'm standing.
If Planetside 2 is popular on PCs already and has been out for a while, I don't see how being on consoles will reinvigorate it or gain said consoles any traction.
That's like saying the 360 and PS3 were mega-hits because the Orange Box was ported to them. To that I say, "Ha...! And, uh, no, they weren't!"
Right now I'm just bummed at the lack of Frank and Chuck. Especially Chuck. He's my favorite protagonist so far.
I assume this is trolling, right? Because this comment is wrong in about eight different ways.
I'm sure some are. Not all though. There's a million different variables when you think about it.
I really think it goes both ways; some pirates don't have many financial options or want to try the game before ponying up. Others just don't have any consideration for the fact that they should pay for something before having any ownership of it.
Nintendo fans in a Nintendo related article. Shocker.
Forgive my ignorance, but what does Dragon Quest play like? I've never played one and I don't know anyone who has so I don't really have an idea of what the game is like.
I... don't think I liked this. Honest opinion.
In fact I REALLY wanted to like this trailer. I really, really did as a Rambo fan. But damn it if this didn't look pretty bland to me. The models are terrible and the animations are wonky. This deserved much better.
My hope is that because it's just a trailer the final result will be better, but who knows.
If it's on 360/PS3 then sure it could. It's not a hardware issue, it's about whether Nintendo/EA want to pony up for it.
"With the emergence of voice acting in the casual gaming arena, there's a lot of room for mistakes... we all know by now that if the voice acting isn't perfect, it can ruin an entire scene if not the whole gaming experience!"
Anyone remember when the voices in the Sonic games were switched and the fans threw a fit about it? It's pretty interesting to see how the rhetoric has changed from "It's just a voice" to "It can ruin the experien...
There are definitely EA franchises I care about and would definitely like on Wii U. I'm going to miss out on Mirror's edge 2 for instance. But then that's what my PS4 will be for.
You mean like how that starts in about a month? :p
