Oh hell YES! That would freaking awesome. Hopefully more RTS games will hit the Wii U. That controller is perfect for unit selection in an RTS style game.
So it's gimmicky and clunky the way Nintendo implemented it but you'd have no problems if Sony fully implemented it in the PS4?

This isn't a bad list at all. Heck I'd play the Wii U variant of these games, particularly Mass Effect Trilogy and Ni No Kuni.
Same here. I don't really have the money to spend presently, but I wouldn't want to pay the starting price for it. Not enough games to justify it either. Tearaway looks freaking awesome though; I really want that game in particular. Just want a few more games to add to the collection before I choose to dive.
Even so, the trailer caught my eye. That and I didn't really know too much about Transformers save for G1 and Beast Wars prior to it. I hadn't even played War for Cybertron.

Not all trailers are generic though. I actually really loved the one they did for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. Cool music, great animation, got the mood and point of the game across; it didn't talk down to me at all. It just made me say "Wow, I really want to try this out."
People think this game is no big deal? This looks like the best Lego video game yet.

What? No, your numbers are off. The NPD already reported that the Wii U launch numbers were better than the 360 and PS3 and somewhat beneath the Wii.

The PS2 was initially outselling the 360 and PS3. Was it worse for those platforms?
That's kind of a cynical way to look at it though because those separate characters have their benefits. You keep your save in the figure, not the game, so you can take it to your friend's place and play it on their system if he owns a PS3 and you own a 360. I don't know, I find that feature to be really convenient.
Plus, at the very least you can keep the figures as little collectibles.

I wouldn't exactly call the Wii launch "fantastic." The thing was very scarce and the only game on it that was really worth playing was Twilight Princess IMO.
I agree. There isn't much point to the basic bundle when the deluxe comes with quite a lot of goodies (and a free game) for $50 extra.

Also a console needing saving and a company needing saving are two particularly different things. I cite the Virtual Boy; Nintendo wouldn't need saving from a single failing console.

As long as they fix everything that was broken. Like the QTEs, the lousy gun play, the half-assed stealth elements and scripted events that can harm the player. Just to name a few.
Personally I would prefer more new content. And good content while we're on the subject, which RE6 IMO is not.
