They already tried price drops which didn't work and the Nintendo IPs will be showcased at E3.
Now on this I can agree wholeheartedly. That said I think games will come. We have six first party titles on the way (well, technically one of them is a crossover with a Nintendo franchise made by Atlus).
Even the Gamecube and the Wii had some third party gems here and there. I doubt the Wii U won't at the very least have that.
Isn't that a little cynical given how history turned out for several major platforms this and last generation? The Wii U is not the only console in recent times to have a rough start.
The 3DS, which this article is actually about, is a best selling platform.
*face/palm*
There's a video comparing disc loading speeds as oppose to this clip which used a PSN game. The Wii U is faster in that regard.
@Deku-Johnny
I really don't know what's more dumb; that I already knew this when the whole thing first started or that I had several people insulting me for stating it.
Glad I'm not the only one getting it now though. There's such a thing called jumping the gun and man did people do that here.
As AO1JMM said, well said.
Watch what you say; you're apparently a delusional straw-grasping fanboy for speaking the truth, or so the usual bass-ackwards trolls have informed me.
-Wind Waker Remake
-New Zelda
-New Mario platformer
-New Mario Kart
-X
-Retro Studios title
-Fire Emblem x Shin Megami Tensei
-More partnerships for games like Bayonetta 2 and Wonderful 101
-Consistent OS and Miiverse updates.
How does this even remotely suggest to you that they're giving up on the console?
A petition would certainly have my support.
It's rare when you see such an intimate and passionate response from any actor for such an iconic role. I really feel for Hayter and I thank him for all of the amazing work he has put into this character. I hope that if a future game has Solid Snake, Kojima will have the good sense to bring this talented fellow back into the booth.
Of course this is just me. The franchise will be fine with or without him, but in my case I think something will always be missing if Hayter i...
@0-Sonny-o
Whatever context this comment is in, it's incorrect.
The PS3's OS RAM is 256MB.
The Wii U's OS RAM is 1GB.
The PS4's OS RAM will be used within 8 GB, but no one has confirmed how much of it will be used to my knowledge (whether it's the usual half or if it's shared).
Kudos to you for sticking with your Vita. For what it's worth, the doom and gloom that platform received was just as premature and ridiculous as what the Wii U is currently receiving, if not more so.
I think it's more of an issue of Nintendo trying to get the next big thing out as soon as possible after the Wii stopped its rather speedy sales. They did not take into account that a console's library (and the unique games in it) are needed to sell a console. I imagi...
Hmm. PS3 is still a little faster by a couple of seconds. Nice upgrade, but I think Nintendo should take it further in a future update.
I could have sworn this was more so a console for modders and developers than actual video gamer consumers. Not sure how a console that markets itself with emulators will do, but this market is pretty unpredictable.
Someone is in love!
I'm a stalker because I replied to one of your comments and remember the other ones being incredibly insulting? Makes sense.
Oh. Oh you were joking. I see. I'm sorry I forgot to laugh. Thanks for being mature and staying on topic.
Honestly, by true potential are merely talking about doing precisely what Sony and Microsoft are doing? Because I don't see anyone buying their platforms when they can get the latest Playstation and have it do exactly the same thing. That's part of why the GCN sold so little in its own generation; it had the big Nintendo IPs, but no online and it lacked the PS2's large library despite being stronger on a hardware level.
You're also telling the company to remov...
Well those games were pretty damn popular if memory serves me right. I'm pretty happy this took off. I was a big fan of this series, especially the second entry.
@Root
Funny you link that article. I was called a delusional fanboy there for pointing out that no one stated the Wii U could not support UE4 and that Mark Rein already stated a year ago the machine could run it but scaled down. And those being insulting received most of the agrees.
It only tells me that people who legitimately criticize Nintendo are incredibly rare and that those who hate Nintendo will grasp for just about anything to slam the company/consol...
I admit, I was fairly skeptical when I heard it was another older release, but upon hearing that they were doing a lot to revitalize the game sparked my interest. THIS is how you rerelease a game.
