Holy poop. This game was not on my radar at all. Not been really into first person shooters lately.

But after reading the review, and watching the video review, i've got to say this game looks phenomenal!

Indeed. The solution isn't always to throw more processing power / ram at the machine. I mean, yes, it would certainly help a lot, but then you wouldn't get the benefits of seriously creative optimization and seriously creative art design.

A mix of both is key. Limitations in creative materials leads to interesting and novel developments. Of course, at some point, the tech will need to evolve. That time is soon, as many PC enthusiasts have pointed out. I agree. But m...

Man... I want word on Agent. Whether it's in development or not.

I also laughed very hard at 1:23.

I've got to say: considering this is a respected gaming site, the writing is pretty poor. Chalk full of grammatical errors, awkwardly placed commas and run-on sentences make it an awkward read... Granted the author went very in-depth in his review, but it's pretty poor considering it's from G4TV. I've found that this is more and more a real tendency in gaming journalism, which is sad. It's probably in effect due to the rise in amateur blogs 'n things, and thus having t...

Haha never noticed the fellow in the red car flipping off the cop. Such nice attention to detail... and worthwhile gesture XD

Ahhh I disagree. The phone became really annoying in GTAIV, but that's because they didn't implement it well.

But the mobile phone is such an integral part of modern culture, it really can't be left out. So i'm glad they've reassessed the whole mobile phone thing in order to change its function in the game so as to not be f***ing annoying, but instead to actually add to the immersion and integration of the city they're building.

Whoa. That's good news. Thank you IGN for your tireless work in bringing us exclusive news content from the Biggest Blockbusters around.

I really feel like both your comments are silly as hell and unnecessarily aggressive toward Rockstar. If it turns out to suck, then voice your opinion about it. If you're skeptical, then fine. But to take responsibility for their work, or threatening their creative process is just petty and egotistical.

You helped fund GTA. Yes.
You have no experience or creative talent that has afforded you to join a development team, and make creative decisions involving artisti...

Mmm. I for one have been fairly impressed by the MP footage. Notably the "set piece" part when they have to take down the one-eyed monster, as they throw spears into his eye and crack his jaw and all that.

That moment had me literally cringing, I was f**king shocked man. Truly, truly. Not many games have made me do that, if ever. It was so surreal and hyperreal.

Bah I was really looking forward to properties... I really hope there's stuff to do with the money you accumulate in the game. Properties in San Andreas felt strategic, and they made you feel like you actually lived in the city.

I hope something like buying strip clubs and stuff is in? And engaging yourself in businesses like that... And then giving you a reason to actually have money would be nice.

Ah very much agreed. There's no point in creating a "living, breathing world" when it's all aesthetic with no interaction. For example, in GTAIV, not only were there very little dynamic interactions / missions, it was also just impossible to interact with the people of the city besides say running over them with a vehicle.

But from the reveal on gameinformer, it seems like they were addressing that saying the dynamism is a key part of GTA V. Whether it's...

I predict we'll see some gameplay footage with them mushroom headed zombie folk. Or a glimpse or whatever.

I know. This was a big letdown for me as well. But they did mention they're working on some other "economic" aspects of the game. I'm curious what those are.

Simply STUNNING. From the looks of the indoor office, and a comment they made about the inside of a 24/7 shop, it looks like there are more indoor environments. Or i'm just hoping.

But wow, stunning stunning stunning.

I hope they also mean to say (which they sort of alluded to) that there are more indoor areas. I felt as though in GTAIV there weren't enough moments where you could carry on a chase through corridors, through a kitchen and into a back alley to lose your foe, or kill your foe, w/e.
