I bought a new PS3 SLIM last Tuesday. Once I transferred my old PSN account from my 40GB FATTY I took it online and upgraded to 2.8
Can't wait to see how the new firmware works.
I called my closest Gamestop last Tuesday and picked up a new slim for $299.00 Didn't have a preorder. They had plenty of extra consoles. Any extra money that was paid for premium pricing or shipping could have gone to games or accessories. Oh well. Not my money being wasted foolishly...

Get a clue please. Grand Theft Auto is an IP devloped by Rockstar Games and published by Take Two Interactive. It wasnt owned by Sony. In fact last generation sever of the GTA games came out on the original Xbox too.

It's not that simple. I have friends on both PSN and XBL. Though I prefer XBL for finding friends and playing games, I am still waiting for my 360 to return from it's RROD grave. Lately I have been buying more games on the PS3. I just want to know if one version is superior to the other. That will probably make my decision. Or I guess I could get the game for both. I love me some SF that much. I mean I even bought SF Alpha for PSN. Can never get enough SF. Decisions. Decisions.

I just paid for Super Street Fighter II HD Remix the other day on PSN. Though I agree the 360 dpad sucks a$$. The PS3 dpad isnt much better. They both give me arthritis in the thumb real quick.
I am kind of torn as to which console to get SFIV for. Either way I will have to pony up some cash for an Hori arcade stick. Any ideas on which console will have the better version?

Care to explain how? I for one enjoy the competition. I actually use my PS3 more than my 360 as of late. But I dont see how Sony will erase any lead the 360 has. Especially since the 360 has been consistently increasing it's lead every month since the price drop.

If XBL is whats keeping you from buying a 360 now, then you never had any intention of buying one in the first place. Any 360 owner will tell you that XBL is the 360's most appealing feature.
Dual console owners such as myself dont make fake lame excuses. We actually buy the consoles, play the games, and use the services.
