MW2 was one of the easiest COD on veteran.
When these Nazis LITERALLY throw you 5 grenades behind your cover lol
Ah Reichstag, that was a freaking nightmare
They say it's double helix in the article:

Well other (big) GTA games went out in october-november. Only GTA IV was delayed to april but I doubt it was for financial reasons, I rather think they needed to polish the game so they chose a date at which they could release it ASAP.
Stinger with another teammate and get your timing right.
SOFLAM + Javelin = one hit kill for helis
I remember when 5-6 years ago when everybody was like: "no more WW2 games!"^^
@3GenGames
After giving his idea, the designer still have to listen to the feedback of the programmer because his design would be technically unrealizable or not act the way he would have wanted.
As a student working on a little game for our school project, we are pretty close to achieving it but I'm still asking the lead how he wants me to program some behaviors.
Only bad designers say: "Here's my brilliant idea, now good luck programming that, I...
I don't think that's the problem. It's always cool to have many character actions with a few user inputs. It's what I like about the combats in AC and Batman. To make them intersting in terms of difficulty, you just have to make the combination of these inputs more challenging (something that, I agree, both of these games didn't do).
Then your team work is not good enough. But that's comprehensible and you've highlighted the current real issue of BF3: instead of nerfing every feature, they should focus on how to make complete strangers efficiently cooperate/communicate on the Battlefield.
Then take them out or ask your team to do it. That's how BF works...
Seriously, they need to make mandatory polls for some of these nerfs.
Otherwise we'll end up with:

I was always surprised how my russian medic needed to throw swearings at the mates he was reviving... not offended though.
The math is simple here: stealth is poor in this game since combat is so freaking easy. Why would you go stealthy when you can killstreak 50 guards like a boss? Don't get me wrong, I like how they designed the combat but they should tweak it to make it more challenging, to the point of making us think twice before going on a rampage with the guards.
Surely present will be an important part of the third episode, but I think we'll still see Animus and the past, it's literally in the DNA of the series.
What, again?
The title is misleading, it's not exactly what he said. He rather says: there are many ways in a video game to tell a story, and if you struggle to tell it with any of these then you should probably change it.
You too are experiencing this?

They could've done that in Battlefield 3 (which is more tactical in multiplayer) like a modern Brothers in Arms but no, you're just another so-called sergeant still following orders to run through a nice boring corridor.
Rainbow Six Vegas 2's terrorist hunt on realistic mode is ridiculous. They spawn in places you've just checked and their bullets hit you while their guns point the ground.
