They'll have to twist the rules to make it intersting though. Or else, it wouldn't be much different from a standard 2 team versus other than the fact that each team has more enemies.
You gotta be pretty stupid if you think they're ripping it off thinking that nobody else will notice. They're obviously paying a tribute and it didn't start with Treyarch Call of Dutys. Since the first IW Call of Duty, they've done this : the first Soviet mission is a scene by scene recreation of Enemy at the Gates.
We should also keep an eye on the PC version with DX11 features.
I think it's gonna be May like Max Payne... or April like GTA IV.
Watch Dogs isn't made by Square Enix (if "SE" meant it) but Ubisoft. You probably got it wrong with Sleeping Dogs which is indeed published by Square. But anyway, they're only publishing it and the game was formerly part of the True Crime IP which has been a GTA-stlye open world series for quite a while.
Tell me that after hearing him in Spec Ops.
That was not dubstep. But I agree it's been used in every f*cking game trailers lately.
Well, at least it does look quite better than that more flagrant Arabic rip-off of Uncharted (Unearthed).
I also liked him very much in Inglourious Basterds, during that tavern scene with Diane Kruger.
Yeah, Total War and Batman are on my list too. I've been hoping there will be discounted Fall of the Samurai.
Good thing I still didn't buy any shitty sales in retail stores. Boy, I thought we wouldn't have Steam summer sales this year !
Actually, the first AC was initially developed as a Prince of Persia sequel, which eventually turned out to be something pretty much different from it so they made it a new IP. Might be the same case for Watch Dogs...
Hope we get some in french GAME stores too, now that I've started my internship there^^
Because PC optimization is harder than consoles (not a fixed hardware).
But for Ubisoft, I sense more another matter (cough *DRM* cough).
I think it means the soft itself is complete and they already have a version where you can install/run.
On IDE and game engines, building means to compile all your project so that you can run it.
Alpha stage is much more earlier: it's when you have all the main functional component (gameplay) there but not all your assets (graphics, sound, animation...).
There will never be too much polishing time for a game.
@supraking951
For a big company like Ubisoft, surely they can have a separate small team working on it.
I think people are upset about this because the Assassins always picked up from every sides and now we're only seeing redcoats getting killed.
In the first AC, we killed Saracens and Crusaders, in AC II & Brotherhood we could kill Italians, Spanish and French, and in Revelations we had Ottomans and Byzantines.
Hum, thought they said the same thing about the first Black Ops, but the optimization was eventually terrible (I can run BF3 smoother with better graphics than Black Ops). Well, it's already a good thing they've decided to implement DX11.
Or, they gonna release it before the console...
