When it comes to film and games, I decide for myself.
Cnet is a pretty reputable site, so when they say the blacks on this Vizio set are not all that good, I believe them. Also, this set is an edge lit Vizio... not a very good combo.
It's fully back lit LED sets from LG or the mid to upper end Panasonic plasma sets for me.

Last gen it was the original Xbox that was the advanced reliable console, while the PS2 was the opposite. Most of this gen it's been the opposite.

HD sets are incredibly inexpensive now.
6' HDMI cables can be found on Ebay (new) for $1.99, and this includes free shipping. (Digital is digital... it's all the same)
I also read this. They said they would like to bring it to the PS3, but because they're a small studio, they just don't have the resources to do so.
I'll look for a possible playable PS3 demo at the SD Comic Con.
BTW, Ea/Dice, it would be wise that you start getting something out there for the 360. Your kinda failing in this area.
While I do agree that LG has no clue about the gaming industry, they do make some amazing HD sets. They've won numerous awards at CES for their HD sets. Some consider their high end LED displays to have the best pic on the market right next to Panasonic.
They make both entry level and high end sets which consist of LCD, LED and Plasma. They are #2 in the world behind Samsung with TV sales.

For those who have never played Crysis 1, please do so. It was more than just a tech demo. It has incredible A.I. which forces you to stealth yourself fairly often to stay alive and keep advancing. This = some very intense moments. Crysis 1 also has some sweet gameplay, and a good sci-fi story that unraveles as you venture through the game.
I know VG Chartz is not 100% accurate, but rather more of a rough estimator. As of last week they show MW3 at roughly 250,000 units ahead of BF3 for pre-orders.
For starters, this series should never had gone 3rd person.
