Interestingly, the pre-order charts show Skyrim at #5 for the 360 and #18 for the PS3.
I know pre-orders don't decide the end result, but MW3 is about 120,000 ahead of BF3 for the PS3.
A lengthy 8/10 single player campaign involving zombies is good enough for me.

Sony did pay up at some point.
Warner announced in Jan. of 2008 that they would stop supporting the HD DVD format by the end of May in favor of Blu-ray.
These are some films from DreamWorks and Universal (summer 2008) that would have (ONLY) gone to the HD DVD format in time for the 2008 holiday season.

The way it's going, no one's gonna be able to do a comparison until launch day. Come on Dice, work on your 360 promoting a little better.
It is a given. MS has no interest in the portable scene, so why not fully support 2 consoles.
The price of the 360 and Kinect will continue to drop, continue to evolve and target the casual gamer. The "720" will target the core gamer.
How can anyone not finish a single player campaign (these days?)

Even though the 360 is 6 years in, the PS3 has still had 5 years into this gen with plenty of exclusives, blu-ray, JAPAN and more, but it just hasn't been enough to dominate. Another price cut was needed, and I'm sure Sony is in a position to do so. But... MS is gonna drop the hammer as well. This is how it usually works with the 2.
All this being said, all 3 companies are doing well this gen, and are profiting. Shareholders only care about the mighty dollar.

Manufacturers aren't perfect, they only have perfect intentions.
Manufacturers also keep forcing hybrids upon the consumer. But even during high gas prices, the Ford F series truck alone outsold twice the 30 plus hybrid models combined.

This isn't surprising. Iv'e been monitoring the whole 3D scene for a while now. I have article after article on 3D that is very telling. 3D has, and is, slowly diteriating.
Even though 3D tech is better than ever, in the end, watching an ocassional film like Avatar or Transformers 3 in Imax 3D is really all it's good for.
I know the hardcore Sony supporters bag to differ on 3D, (which is fine) but the majority is saying different.
