Crytek needs to learn how to program and optimize better.

So for the most part, America and Japan will use the same PS4, just like they use the same PS3.
For manufacturing purposes, it's easier to start off with American and Japanese simultaneous launches.
And then there's the fact that there is no singular country in Europe. Germany has it's own rules and laws (like no Nazi or Hitler references) and France, Spain, Portugal, UK, and others have theirs.

Does anyone remember or know why and how XBOX 360 ended up with its Xenon CPU?
Long story short, Microsoft took the PPU design of the Cell processor, integrated 3 of them, and put that into the XBOX 360.....courtesy of IBM, of course.
Sony was angry, but there was nothing they could do about it.
This time around, not only are Sony staying clear of IBM, but also, to avoid such a fiasco, wouldn't it make more sense to stay silent, come out ...
all PS3s have backwards compatibility with PS1 disks.....yet, they still sell PS1 games in the store. Sony could have removed PS1 B/C long ago, but they didn't.
But rather, the downloaded games that people bought out of Sony's store.
Sony has to figure out a way to make those games work with the PS4.
I for one will be very angry if JOURNEY doesn't work with my PS4.
Of course, I think this may be part of the reason that Sony bought GAIKAI.
We'll have to wait to see.
KAZ says there's no specs.
KAZ has basically said, THERE IS NO PS4 FINALIZATION SPECS......basically.
So all the rumors of PS4 are basically bullsh17, because now No one knows what it will be, and nor when it will release.
But's it seems increasingly unlikely that it will be in holiday 2013.
Can't wait to get some more. :)
XBOX 360 is doing pretty well now.....but over the last 10 years the XBOX brand has lost more money for the company than it has profited.
Microsoft was so determined to hurt Sony's Playstation, and hurt Sony for using open source material, that eventually they succeeded. even though it cost them billions to finally get there.
