I love this game!! Also, it adds a lot more than the Monster Hunter 'G' versions ever did, they added a handful of new online missions and nothing else really, whereas Kiwami has added double the amount of missions in both offline and online and extended the story because of it.
Crapcom, THIS is how you make an expansion!! Take Note!!
My PS3 is sat right next to my PS4, I play both thanks to the massive backlog on my PS3 and with Yakuza 5 coming to the west later this year it's gonna get a lot of use then too :)
And stick him in the mail room :)
Funnily enough, quite a lot of the youtubers this affects are actually Nintendo fans...
I did like God Eater Burst, I need to pick up GE2, but I think I prefer Toukiden. However I respect your opinion (unlike certain other commenters lol)
The only thing that annoyed me about GE was the revival system. I didn't like losing half of my available HP to revive the AI, and if they only had a little bit of HP left then I got a fraction of that. Tbh, I did die quite a lot but I got pretty far into the game. At least with Toukiden it was set. I did however love the...
Same, I just imported Yakuza 1 & 2, desperately trying to platinum 4 and Dead Souls along with those 2 before 5 comes out. Such a brilliant series, and the only reason my PS3 sits proudly next to my PS4 at the moment :)
Downloaded Toukiden Kiwami this morning :) Bloodborne wasn't even on my shopping list, imo they have a different fanbase so it shouldn't make much of a difference.
It's a brilliant game, a few adjustments have been made to the gameplay that are both good and bad (new double attacks are amazing, but for gauntlets at least the 'finishing attack' triangle + circle has a slightly longer animation so it takes a bit more skill now) but i'm loving it so far...
développeurs sans frontières (I genuinely just google translated that lol).
It's because Nintendo solely advertise themselves as a family friendly console (note I use the word advertise, pretty much all of their adverts feature a family laughing as someone gets blue-shelled in Mario kart...), and Playboy is the EXACT OPPOSITE of family friendly media.
I wouldn't say it was hate, more utter confusion at why Nintendo have decided to take this route...
If you enjoy the movie I definitely recommend reading the manga, it has a few more gory bits (the first death has a schoolgirl with a knife through her forehead, which has impaled her on the desk of her classmate behind her...my personal favourite lol) and a few more...um... sexy bits in there... tbh I read the manga before I watched the film and the film seemed a bit tame in comparison :)
I read The Hunger Games books before I watched the films, and all throughout reading them I kept thinking to myself 'this is just like Battle Royale'. Glad I wasn't the only one :)
The European Playstation Blog have just updated with exactly the same information, so we are definitely getting it tomorrow. I would assume SCEA would be the same.
http://blog.eu.playstation....
If you think SCEA hate Vita you should see SCEE... they just outright ignore any mention of Vita on their blog, and it comes as a massive shock when they actually acknowledge it
That was the reason I came into the comment section, to see if anyone else mentioned this. I would either love to have Private games, or make the party system actually work. Me and my brother kept trying this last week and it just ended up with us in completely different races...
Other than that, I completely love this game! Very addictive racer!
Although it does fall in the category of 'Japanese games' in your comment, Toukiden Kiwami is coming out next week. AAA from Tecmo Koei (or is it Koei Tecmo? not sure lol) part of the Monster Hunting genre, and imo a hell of a lot better than Monster Hunter.
Might be worth a look :)
I agree, it looks even better than the first! I only managed to get in a quick 10min mission which I didn't even finish (damn parenthood!! lol), I was fighting the new Pyropteryx-style Oni with the Rifle and while I did enjoy using it i'm definitely gonna be going back to my Gauntlets :)
Maybe i should have put an /s at the end of my comment then. Although i thought it would have been obvious, seeing as my avatar is Fugaku from Toukiden Age of Demons, coincidentally my favourite Vita game...
What, i didn't realise Vita was dead, i suppose i should cancel my Toukiden Kiwami pre-order for next week then...
It's a lot quicker than Monster Hunter, but still requires skill. Monster Hunter has definitely got a massive challenger in Toukiden.
imo Toukiden is a much better game overall, the only thing I think is better in MH is the crafting system (Toukiden's is pretty damn good for a first try though!), other than that Toukiden beats it on all fronts!
I have a 64gb, best gaming investment I ever made. I've had it for about 2yrs and it's only just getting full...with about 70 games on it lol.
If I had to get another card it would be another 64gb, anything smaller than that isn't worth it imo
