Play Rugby and then tell me football hurts :)
I used to have a rugby match every Friday night when I played for my school followed by swimming lessons on Saturday mornings. I would get changed into my trunks/speedos for the class and have an entire rugby boot footprint, studs and all, on my thighs where I've been stamped on in a ruck (a couple of times you could even see the brand name of the shoe lol). It doesn't hurt at the time, because i'm not a weak little ...
For the same reason people pick up Madden/Fifa/NHL etc every year, they are fans of the sport.
Tbh there is nothing more satisfying than seeing Namibia beat New Zealand in a World Cup Final by at least 50 points, and that's not going to happen in RL any time soon!! lol
And yet Europe got Need for Speed Rivals again....
Why is there no parity dammit?! Seriously, our sales are RUBBISH compared to the American ones, check this out

NFS again, CoD still overpriced on even the most ancient of PS3 games with equally ridiculous DLC prices, a...

I agree, i'm on 30mbps fibre optic connection, I checked the download speed on Saturday on PS4 and it was only 6mbps...... seriously?!
I only checked because a 500mb update said it was going to take 15mins, normally it's about a minute or 2.
I would say i'm quite a skilled gamer, but I have yet to beat Ninja Gaiden Sigma on Normal mode on my vita because it's far too unforgiving (part of the reason I like it though). I dread to think what Master Ninja is like!
This gen, on both my Vita and PS4, I've gone all digital except for imports (it's just a pain getting Japanese games on PSN, and the mark up on credit is ABSURD!!)
I remote play quite a lot, and it just wouldn't make sense doing so with an all physical collection. I prefer the convenience as well, no need to clutter my cupboards with games, and if you are clever with how u buy the games they tend to be the same price or slightly more than physical e.g. I've ...
I kinda do, but i'm probably gonna stop playing altogether when the next DLC launches.
I bought the 'full' game, which doesn't exactly have lots of content, bought the season pass (once again, not much new in them) and now they expect me to spend another £40 on a couple of missions.... no way am I supporting it anymore.
PSN have really regular sales, generally every week (not sure about XBL as I don't own an xbox, but I assume its the same).
I've gone all digital this gen, and I've only bought 1 game at full price (2 when MGS5 comes out!). The others I haven't spent a penny more than £30 on. If you are willing to wait a little bit you can get some great deals on there that either match or are cheaper than physical.
Also, buy PSN credit cards instead...
I was going to say the same thing, yeah there are big patches of emptiness, but the towns/cities are quite well detailed in The Crew. Surely the geniuses at Rockstar can do better than that :D
the beta was amazing, I loved SARPBC and this improves on every aspect of it. I played a little bit on my lunchbreak (remote play ftw!) and it plays incredibly well!
Goodbye social life/sleep, hello Rocket League!
You need to have happy customers buying your products to continue to make money
unhappy customers > no profits > cash reserves deplete > Bankrupt
And they are already starting on the first step of that above plan...
I've booked it off lol. Cannot wait to play this game, the more previews I see the more hyped I get.
The good thing about hype with an MGS game is you know they will deliver, unlike certain games this gen *cough*Watch_Dogs and Destiny (which I own both lol)*cough*
I agree that it's good for the series to go multiplat, even if Tekken is one of the main reasons I buy Sony consoles, but the D-pad on xbox has always been terrible for fighting games. The Playstation d-pad was made for them as it's much more precise. I tried playing Street Fighter on my friends 360 and after spending 10mins trying to hadoken with that abysmal d-pad I just gave up playing it lol
One thing we can all agree on though, is that analog sticks are next-to...
Surely they can fix it by changing a few lines of code, something like:
playvideo = 7
to
playvideo = < 14
I only have a basic understanding of programming, but from my limited C++ and C# I'm certain you can do things like that pretty easily
I've pledged, and I've never even played the 1st or 2nd games. I pledged just because of the massive amount of fans who wanted it to come back, so I knew it MUST have been good.
And i'm a massive fan of the Yakuza series, which apparently is quite similar, you can never have enough great JRPGS :D
Yakuza 3 - Beat all the minigames trophy. There is a reason it has less than 1%, ex.hard batting cage removes all aiming reticules, the balls are thrown faster than the previous difficulties, and you need to get 1800 points... took me years to get it, but so satisfying once I did :)
Reggie, I can't remember the last time a game for either Xbox or Playstation was announced 5 to 6yrs before release (with the exception of The Last Guardian which moved from PS3 to PS4 which didn't exactly help). All the games announced at E3 this year are due out between holiday 2015 and 2017, that's 2 years...
extreme example, Sony announced P.T and then released it on the SAME DAY! It may have been 'just a demo' but many people love it like it's a...
@MyDietEqualsGames I know!! I don't understand how people can like Windows 8, metro is AWFUL and there is no way of avoiding it (no matter how hard I try lol). Windows 8 is made for tablets, or people who have never used Windows before, not for systems admins etc.
The less said about Vista the better lol
Or it could just be a sequel to SARPBC which improves on every aspect of the game, might have something to do with them both being made by the same people... just saying...
