The difference is with other games that you need to grind (my current favourite is Toukiden Kiwami on the Vita) is that you know a reward will be coming soon, no matter how many hours you put in it (for me, normally about 5hrs before a decent gain is found) and you carry on working at it because you can see your goal in sight.
With Destiny, you grind in the hope that after a week or 2 you may have FINALLY got a blue engram for a gun that is 2 more attack points better than ...

They fixed that in either the 1st or 2nd patch, if by some weird fluke it still affects you just aim the camera at the top of your car so the screen is filled with your car and the ground and the fan slows down again anyway.

Tbh it depends on the game, PC Gamers will have a massive advantage in FPS games, but Console Gamers will have massive advantages in sports games

It sounds quite possible, and almost realistic, that this could be the reason for their split.
Only problem is it is INCREDIBLY short-sighted of Konami to fire Kojima over delaying the product to make it the best he could. He may have gone over budget, but the game will make at least 3 times what they spent on it, surely!
I'm sure Spielberg must have gone over budget a few times but his backers would never fire him as they know they will make their money back ...
There already is one, you even get a trophy for beating all the tutorial levels. You can set the difficulty higher as well, some of the pro level shots require you to be able to fly quite well though!
Every time Kojima makes a game he pushes the hardware to it's absolute limits and then once the game is complete he complains the hardware wasn't powerful enough to realise his original vision, so why would he side with a company that consistently makes the weakest hardware of all the manufacturers?
I understand this is just fantasy, but at least fantasise about something realistic, like Sony/Microsoft/even Steam might take him on

Watch the trailer, like most of us have, and see that it is a shadow of it's former self. It was meant to be a reboot of the classic Tony Hawks, instead it looks incredibly gimmicky with PS2 level graphics at best.
I understand Tony Hawk never had bleeding edge graphics, but it at least kept up with the times. Everything in the trailer is a big step backwards!
The footage at the end looks really like Skate, let's hope it plays the same as it was easily the best skateboarding game.

I doubt my guardians will be leaving the 1st game, especially after buying the season pass and now being told I need to pay extra to get the next DLC (Which, btw, is more than I actually paid for the base game!). The lack of base content and effectively hiding content behind the DLC paywall has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Annoyingly I did enjoy the game to start with, now it just collects dust on my virtual shelf lol
I hope not, imo Amiibos are the most pointless addition this gen. And let's face it, if Sony and Microsoft did make them they would probably have to open it up to 3rd parties, and just imagine if EA/Ubisoft got there hands on it!

I'm not too fussed, I just own everyone on Rocket League regardless of PC or PS4 :) humble brag hehe.
I played SARPBC at least once a week since it released all them years ago, so i'm quite skilled now if I say so myself, but I personally can see console players having a big advantage over PC on this game as the pad just feels more natural for it. FPS/RTS would be a whole different matter though
That's the difference, in an actual MMO you grind the same quests to get better armour and almost expect to be able to improve. In my experience I play Destiny for a few weeks and still have the same gear as all I got was common drops.
Seriously?! I'm running lvl 32 or lvl 34 strikes, why do I want a lvl 6 gauntlet as a reward?!?!?!?! lol
