Maybe Capcom's management are passing some ideas to the Nintendo heads...
Next up, gradually declining quality, how to add the words Super or Ultra to a game and pretend it's completely new, and how to help your best designers become Indie developers
Those disagrees seem to confirm that people on the internet don't get sarcasm...... thankfully, us Europeans get it quite easily, so I can tell it was sarcastic all the way throughout the message, hence the agree :)
Totally agree with Outrun 2, I got the PS3 version and its definitely one of those 'just one more go' type of games. Before you know it it's 2am and you've got the sound of tyres squealing constantly ringing in your ears
If you import it you get physical... but you need to know Japanese. I bought them that way, mainly because I'm learning Japanese and wanted a challenge, but also because I wanted the physical version for a change (I normally buy all digital)
This game is incredible! Who thought they could improve on Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battle Cars so much!
Biggest improvement in beta 2 (I was in the first aswell fyi) is even less lag, which was minimal on the first stage. Anyone who played Battle cars will know that having over 4 people on a game made it near-unplayable, but I had about 10 games of 4v4 last night and not a single bit of lag was had :)
Day one buy for me!
Good read, and nice to know it works pretty well over here in the UK too. Obviously lag will be a factor as mentioned in the article, and that was what I was expecting to be the biggest problem as we don't have the most amazing internet connections here, but I'm definitely gonna have to try this out when it releases :)
Apart from Sebastien Loeb, and you could argue Romain Grosjean just because he is in Formula 1...but he does love to crash lol
@MoldyBread All of Sony's consoles and portables since the PS3 have been region free, in fact I think the PSP may have been region free too but I can't remember at the moment. I've imported at least 1 game for each of my Playstations due to this (that, and for aiding my Japanese studies) :)
Dino Crisis!!! I'm still waiting for them to release it on the UK PSN Store, one of my favourite PS1 games :)
I buy all my Vita games digital, except for my Japanese imports due to the one account policy on the Vita. I love the convenience of digital and would rather not carry a handful of games with me everywhere, I can just switch a game on the go with the push of a button :)
Just bought the code, gonna download it later. It will be only the second game on my US account, just after Destiny. Can't wait to try it!!
They had that chance, and all the fans wanted it, but the much more obvious solution was to port a PSP game to a next-gen console without doing much work to it because Square, THATS WHY!!
I was so excited to get in the beta for this, I LOVED Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battlecars (still the best name for a game EVER lol) and this just somehow improves on every aspect of the original. I think I spent about 15hrs playing the beta over the one week, didn't play a single other game because it was just so much fun!
Day one purchase for me definitely :)
I'm starting to play with UE4 and it works quite well on my 5yr old laptop, it's only got 4gb ram and a 1.3mhz dual core processor. It's a pretty basic laptop (only cost £300 at the time, one of the low end models) but as mentioned, Unreal and Unity both work quite well on it.
"However the mention of a "standard edition" is a worry for prospective buyers."
Especially as at the end of that list there are already 2 DLC car packs mentioned... Cars being left out of the vanilla game to sell separately already...
I love the official Konami and Metal Gear Solid fanpages on facebook at the moment, loads of posts trying to put a positive spin on things or just ignore the fact he is gone but they have hundreds if not thousands of responses of #AHideoKojimaGame.
Gamer Solidarity against Konami and the worst decision they have ever made!
There are a LOT more people playing this than Toukiden Age of Demons, that game was seriously underappreciated!
@Kwiet "lol man please. Who even buys those? "
The $60million dollars Rockstar made in THE FIRST YEAR of GTA Online solely through the sale of Shark Cards says that quite a few people did
Part of this post makes me smile, the other part makes me feel sorry for PC gamers.
Smiling = All the PC Master Race who kept throwing the 'thanks for beta testing the game console peasants' line around are having EXACTLY THE SAME problems we had :) sweet, sweet justice haha
Sorry = All the non-master race PC Gamers who just want to experience the game
Rockstar are brilliant at ironing out the bugs now though, weren't so gre...
Tbh that's the ONLY reason i'm playing it lol, although I am now stuck trying to get one of the projectors fixed.... gonna need to watch a youtube walkthrough later
