10 million by the end of 2017? Will be close. I can definitely see 7-8 million easily by the end of 2017. The summer months is where I think it'll depend on whether the 10 million mark can be achieved. I don't consider Arms a system seller. Splatoon could provide the spike needed in the summer however. Also like you pointed out, Nintendo being able manage production to keep up with demand is also a key factor as well.

Pro hasn't even been out a year yet. People have to realize that a lot of the games released thus far began development before the devs even knew about the Pro existence. So I wouldn't say the devs are lazy. Think about it; A game released in December, January, February, March, etc. would have to be either done or very close to completion several months before release and the Pro hit the market in November.
