If they're gonna charge then they should simply not patch it. First devs or publisher to do so will be met with extreme backlash.
Don't think it'll happen. Would be really really low of a company to do so.
First thought: *what a silly question to ask, makes no sense at all*
*see the website responsible for the article*
Second thought: *Ah, the question makes sense now*
He's being sarcastic. He doesn't actually believe that he's a Sony fanboy. He's trying to say that Septic is "balanced" hence why he pointed it out in sarcastic tone.
Haha He's said far worse about other fans than that. Not really worth pointing out.
This is actually the first time I've seen Septic talk about Xbox fans in a negative tone now that I think about it.
If a Pokemon game comes out next year then it's definitely possible.
I agree with most of what you said. The article is talking about if Microsoft should be worried about the Switch affecting Scorpio sales and the answer is no in my opinion.
I agree that the switch will continue to sell well. MK8 is not system seller to me though because it's a port and Splatoon isn't a big enough IP yet where it'll move major Switch units upon it's release. Odyssey is a system seller, but it won't be enough where Scorpio sales would be a...
@Lex
You're right that the Switch is unique, but Sony and Microsoft still have to keep an eye on them as a competitor. They can't just completely disregard them as non competition.
Prior to the January event I thought for sure the Switch would be something that MS's Scorpio would have to worry about in addition to the PS software onslaught making it a battle against two hot items this holiday for them.
But looking at the Switch's lineup for the rest of 2017 they don't have any system sellers save for Mario Odyssey.
I'm not sure if Odyssey release and Black Friday Zelda bundle is enough to make MS worry about the sale...
Not sure if you're being sarcastic to make 'you know what point', but you are correct that it is niche so low sales were expected.
But if these vgvhartz numbers are true, looking at the sales of it's predecessor this is a significant drop off, even taking it's niche status into account, if we are making an honest observation and not trying to push fanboy agenda.
Putting it that way makes Kojima look like a marketing genius.
Thought this was a gamingbolt article when I read the headline. I'm shocked that it's not.
Would not surprise me if it were delayed.
Generalizing all the way around is absolutely forbidden.
You may only generalize one side. This is rule This is true
Daaaaang
They got one for Horizon too, but it's for Germany / Austria / Switzerland.

It would have to be a hybrid.
Yup! Game Freak/Nintendo needs to make it happen. I've been waiting for a Pokemon game like that for years.
LOL JEEEEZ!!!
This man is smoking something real strong!
Not only does it give less incentive to buy a PS4 it also gives people more incentive to give PC gaming a try at the very least.
I know streaming games isn't the most ideal way to game especially for the PC crowd that want to play games at the most optimal and I know Sony isn't putting new titles on there right away, but it is a sign that they'll go the MS route eventually.
It was a mistake, but it doesn't mean that it was overpriced. PS3 was just sooo expensive it priced itself out the market is all. Overpriced would be like smartphones today where they cost $200 to manufacture but they charge you $800 to purchase.
