Who the hell would want to play this on a phone?
One of my favorite PSP titles of all time. This is probably my favorite Classic title to hit the PS Catalog yet. I had already bought it on Vita though as part of the PSP store, so I got it for free here to keep. That was quite generous of them, considering the HD overhaul and trophy addition. It would have been worth buying again. Every jrpg fan should try this out on PS+ catalog.
That would be a smarter move on their part.
I like at least that they didn't try to sell this as a 29.99 title. We need more 1st party titles at a lower price point. Some of the Remasters should have been priced more like Metroid Prime Remastered.
This title here is obviously very cheap and easy to make, but I really wouldn't have been surprised if they had charged full price. I'm glad they didn't.
They should release it on NSO's GBA lineup. The Switch has a light sensor afterall! (Switch Lite owners would be out of luck though)
Nice, nice. This one wasn't even on my radar. I love when VR gets these sleeper titles.
You'd think they would have packed the lineup after announcing an impending price increase in Sept.
Been meaning to play Trials of Mana. At least they give us a month's notice. I think I'll start it today.
While it's doable, it still takes more effort to get a game running on lower specs, and running well. It still causes a holdup in the process.
I bought this at launch, but only played briefly so far. What I played though was really, really nice. This game deserves more attention.
I would have been all over Factions 2. I don't have the slightest interest in Concord. I haven't downloaded the Beta, and don't plan on it.
Yea, you can see why some developers and publishers are increasingly starting to skip XBox all together. Unless you're in a small minority of successful and highly played Gamepass games, you're pretty much taking a payout on your game just to rot and die on the service.
@Cacabunga look into the Nyxi Hyperion Pro grips. I'll never use regular joycons again, they're junk. Hyperion Pros have full functionality, plus more and feel much better. Big grips for bigger hands. It has Hall Effect joysticks, so next to no chance of drift!
I had stopped playing my Switch as much b4 I got this, now I play almost every day.
The game has 96 tracks, how is that expensive for what you get? lol
Sweet, thx!
I wish they would have resurrected and used the Nintendo Power name. I had almost every issue starting from around Mario 3 forward, and at one time had Nintendo Power foldout posters as an upper border on the wall, circling my entire room.
Vivian actually was in the original Japanese Gamecube version 20 years ago, but it was edited out for Western audiences. It's not that it was put in here, it was brought back.
The defining factor is creative freedom. If you answer to a publisher, and they push ideas, changes and their own vision, then you are not indie. If you have a small publishing agreement that brought in funding, but the publisher's stake in the company or project is not large enough to give them creative reign, then you are still indie bc you still remain independent of control.
It's that easy. Indie means independence of creative control, not independence from fun...
As a console, it feels a bit prolonged. As a handheld though, I've been pretty happy. Can't wait to see what the new one brings. It's time.
No? It shows up on mine as owned "Free" bc I bought it years ago.
If you have a Vita, I suppose you could still buy it, if it's still on the store there?
*edit - yep it's still there! $9.99 is a steal for this remaster. (of course free on PS+ catalog is amazing too! This is one I like owning though) You should be able to buy it there on that link on your PC.
