I came here to say the same thing. I'm surprised I had to scroll down so far to see it mentioned, but I can always count on you PBomb!
What the heck is up with the decent environments contrasted with the absolutely horrible BigFoot design and animation? I can only guess that the environments are bought assets.
Yea, I always enjoy wild, creative alien designs and find painted human faces a cheap, corny design. Guardians of the Galaxies at least has the excuse that it's a product of the 70's and 90's revival. What is Concord's excuse?
Hey, I was just a finish line addition to the team, but I can get you in contact with John and Ivan the primary creators! :)
I'll PM you a little later today. Sounds awesome!
Both are great series, but I particularly want an Okami 2! Okami felt like one of the best non-Nintendo Zelda-esque games ever made. It's funny now hearing Kamiya talk about its troubled production, as the game seemed pretty amazing for its time. I'd like to see how a new Okami would turn out that is not a troubled production!
Bully would have been a great one for portable. I would have bought it.
I've never seen these go on sale before, unless I missed it.
I've got a pair already though. My only complaint is that I would have preferred a USB-C charger on top instead of the rail charger, to make it feel more authentic. Also it doesn't have the mini ZL & ZR buttons on top like the SNES ones have, so it prevents you from bringing up the sub menu & also rewinding the games.
Still, there's nothing like playing classic NES games ...
Yea, I hear the UK does ok comparatively. I'm down here in Portugal, moved roughly 10 years ago (w 2 years here further back also), and their presence here has been pathetic. A bit better in 2010 during my very first visit in the 360 days. Even at the yearly gaming show in Lisbon, it's always a tiny booth, whereas Nintendo, Sony and PC have most of the floor.
I've never seen anyone in the XBox section at the major electronics stores where I live (EU) in almost 10 years. Empty every time I'm at the Mall. They've shrunk the section down to 1 tiny shelf, while Nintendo and Sony have rows. There's just a lot of PC Gamers here too.
Edit - I've never once seen an XBox commercial on tv here either. Pretty sure they already gave up on us. We're a small country anyways.
🤣🤣🤣
Thanks! Yea, at this time it's just a single player Metroidvania adventure w a number of guns and abilities to unlock. Lots of hidden items to gather. Like any game, we have our speedrunners, but the average person seems to complete it in 15-20 hours. Much more if you want to collect and scan everything. (I have about 60 hours bc I'm obessive about collecting every little thing.) There's also a lot planned down the road, including new body regions and the ability to refight bosses...
Ubisoft being Ubisoft. How's that Skull & Bones doing?
Oh snap, here we go. And to think some argued that this wouldn't happen.
Ha, yea Delsin was obnoxious.
I wouldn't mind another new character, but somehow bring Cole into the story.
We can just pretend like Delsin never existed. :)
I mean, this information hit the internet like 20 years ago. Everyone knows this now.
Yea, maybe a story arc about how he becomes evil, but make him start out good/morally ambiguous.
Guys, many of you have known me in the N4G community for a long time, but I'm just a small time artist & I was personally involved in this project as a background artist since March. This is hands down the most fun I've ever had working on a project! I'm just a small, small drop in a huge bucket though.
Please help get the word out, so we can bring this to console. The game is a blast! Seriously, a great Metroidvania from start to finish. The reviews have b...
Yea, I've held back bc I wanted to play through the OG JP (translated version) on Mana Collection first.
That's fine, I'll just jump into this one. I played Secret of Mana back in the day, so I'm sure I'll appreciate it. :)
Yes! Final Fantasy Tactics is still my favorite tactical jrpg of them all!
For me, these Mario + Rabbids games were the best thing Ubisoft has developed in recent years. I'd hate to see Ubisoft drive the series into the ground like their other properties, so I think 2 games are enough. Maybe 1 more.
