Games industry is looking strong. I like to think where these two consoles would be if the chip shortage hadn't hit.
Oh it's 100% anecdotal/non-scientific, and based on luck, and peoples experiences will vary by region too (by state and internationally). But people do doubt when you say you've bought two in a month - hence the proof.
It also seems like we get a lot more supply here in the US since the UK (a smaller country, but not tiny in population) is just hitting 1 mil units now and we hit that in <= 1 day.

For sure, I am lucky. I've just had no real difficulty getting them via PS Direct and Walmart (especially recently) and have started grabbing them for friends / people I trust to pay me back too.
Regional availability likely comes into play too. I've had zero luck with XSX though, but I'll get one sooner or later.

It doesn't seem too hard here in the US, I have had 3 delivered successfully with a 4th on its way,

Shrug, you get what you pay for. But it's still a great little box for kids, those who want a 2nd box, or just want to play the latest games on a limited budget.
That being said, this feels a bit lazy on EA's part. FIFA isn't exactly the most demanding game and we've seen more demanding games run better on Series S.
Kojima + SH would simply be awesome. I don't trust Konami to give us that though...
The game really is looking night and day compared to what they showed last year. Textures and lighting especially look a LOT more detailed.
If you're in the US, just import from MX where it's constantly in stock. Avoid the Chinese censored version.
The easiest place to buy it is Mexico... it's in stock 24/7.
The Mexican version also matches the US version in terms of features etc.

The game reviewed in the 60's, there is no definitive version... they're all bad.
Nobody is even playing this anymore, there are far better PS5 games out.
He’s entitled to his opinion just like the reviewers are - but it’s currently sitting at 88 on Meta with 94 positive reviews, so he’s the odd one out here.
Ratchet and Psychonauts are clearly the best platformers of the year - 88 and 87-91 meta while Kena is 81.
This is pretty cool, funny how “shared” UE4 is that most engine mods and cheats etc work on most games.
So the best new PS exclusive of the year belongs to Microsoft and now they’re sending out PlayStations.
Meanwhile Sony games are coming to PC and MLB is on Xbox and GamePass.
