"Put simply, it's 60 frames per second... with just one exception in our hours of play."
Sounds fine.
Have you tried it? It's terrible. Uses DualShock instead of motion controllers... aiming is terrible... and it requires you to download & install the PS4 version alongside PS5.
After years of PS4 DF videos being shared... all of a sudden they are not reliable?
Remedy said the same thing about Control...
So if I want to play the VR mode also, I need to download both the PS5 and PS4 versions of the game? Great. What a mess.
EDIT: Nevermind, the VR version looks awful.
You don’t need gold to communicate with friends...
You mean like those times they told us Spiderman etc were PS5 exclusives... oh wait... snap
Is he not allowed to enjoy his Xbox or have his own opinion?
@potatoseal You are obsessed lol. So it's fine when Sony does it?
So how many Sony shares do you own? Because otherwise you don’t win anything by either console dominating. Sorry.
@FlavorLav01
Microsoft are not the developer nor publisher of this game...
Simple - optimization is on the developer, not Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo - and not all developers are created equal.
@TheCaptainKuchiki You are comparing PS+ to game pass? They are not equivalent.
PS Now = Game pass
PS+ = Gold
Microsoft also has 40+ million gold subscribers.
Game pass has hit 15+ million subs in 3 years - PS Now has 2.2 mil in 6 years.
As for can they reach beyond the number of consoles sold? Sure - it’s also on PC, cellphones etc.
I thought everyone already knew this months ago...
Is that a bad thing? Are you a millionaire?
Which is a good thing - right? Or do you enjoy giving your money to corporations?
@RazzerRedux We do have one information point there though - Spider-Man is not on Xbox. So we know these lease of IP deals don’t always dictate platforms.
But at the end of the day - why does exclusivity even matter? If it isn’t - Microsoft make more money. We already know their goal is to make as much money as possible regardless of platform or device. Making money is the goal of every corporation, and Microsoft are good at it hence why they’re one of the most valuable.
Disney and Lucas don’t normally dictate platform requirements. They tell Sony/MS that if they want the IP rights for video games it will cost X million dollars.
Recouping your money is obviously easier if on multiple platforms but ultimately it comes down to how much of a financial hit or slow recoup Sony/MS is willing to potentially take.
Given the lack of retweet by Sony I’d say this is likely exclusive.
@crazyCoconuts: That means nothing, Sony don’t own Spider-Man and that is exclusive.
"Put simply, it's 60 frames per second... with just one exception in our hours of play."
Horrendous?
