I give credit where credit is due, regardless of platform. That being said, I game near exclusively on PS5, with the other games being on PC.
Oof, when you line it up like that, Switch has basically killed off everything else in the region. Switch cumulatively outsold the biggest non-Nintendo product (cumulatively also) by over 100x.

They don't focus on petty things like console warriors do, like "oh my plastic box runs at 3 fps higher than yours!"

Hard to disagree when it's just a simple remaster (and not a full remake or a remaster of a 10 year old game).
You're supposed to just improve framerate/resolution or texture quality etc. - not remove entire modes. Even worse when the game isn't THAT old and the MP services are clearly still online + platform services haven't changed substantially.

That's a pretty steep price for an unofficial controller... if it was a Playstation made competitor to the Elite I'd be in, otherwise no.
I would like to see a third-party controller that is made cheaper (which is why I initially clicked this article), it could even be without the haptics etc. I'd like to have a cheaper pad for when friends come over to play, or kids who wreck the controller, etc.

Also, wouldn't that be completely illogical? If it's that unreliable AND they sell it at a discounted price, those controllers are still under the exact same warranty and therefore the losses when having to replace them are even worse.

Both have to be cherry picked IMO. I'd say both companies did well this year. Sony knocked it out of the park the first 6 months, and then MS the last 6 months. Sony would've won the last 6 months also if COVID hadn't hit the rest of the games.
Next year is packed though, especially the first quarter. Can't wait!
