How about a sequel instead of a remake? The original still holds up well enough in the gen 8 remaster.
I did not expect this headline given the increase in both PS5 supply & ease of obtaining one.

If EA and MS can do it - why can’t Sony?
People still buy EA games. Heck, people still buy MS games.
It’s silly that we even have to speculate and hope for old Sony games to come to a Sony service.
Okay, fine, they don’t want to do day 1 but they could at-least give a window like EA play does and say everything Sony will arrive in the service after 12 months.

But like I said - once Sony actually starts announcing this on their blog that will be the article source - until then, we rely upon third party sources.

The difference here is this is a brand new service which is only a few days old in some regions, a few weeks max. So no one was expecting titles to leave this fast.
Plus for GP normally the article posted here is the official blog post. Sony didn’t make a blog post for this - but in the future they presumably will and that’ll be the article submitted.

No, but they will add new items on a day by day basis.

They have PS5's to sell now - it's been in stock daily and is staying in stock for hours now with no queuing, even on PS direct in the US - and it's permanently in stock in other parts of North America.
@darth That’s just the fake chip they made for show/marketing.
The actual chip doesn’t have 8K stamped on it, watch any tear down.
But still, putting it on the retail packaging takes balls when neither console is really 8K.
@Hatchetforce No one. Neither of the consoles have 8K printed on the SoC inside.
I haven't actually seen an XSX retail box in person, so whether that has the 8K logo or not I cannot say.

Except they haven't... the only competitors to FSR are DLSS & UE5s ML upscaler.
DLSS never came to console, and UE5 only just came out.
If you're referring to temporal super-sampling & checkerboarding, they are not the same as DLSS & FSR. They are not ML driven and therefore do not provide as clear of an upscaled image.
If I still had the remaster installed yeah, I uninstalled it after beating it again to free up space.
