I kinda forgot this game existed... maybe I'll go back and check it out now that it has an upgrade once I get through my backlog.
It's been all over gaming Twitter, Reddit & YouTube. Even prominent industry figures like Cory Barlog and Geoff Keighley have been tweeting about it.
This game is everywhere lately, so what they're doing is working for them - and getting this kind of publicity as such a small team is near impossible. Kudos to them.
I agree. Cellphones will definitely never be as good as a SteamDeck for this. But at the same time, everyone has a cellphone for other reasons - the Steam Deck is a dedicated / single purpose device.
Cellphones and smart TV's is where streaming will be most popular IMO.
Yeah, Nintendo are also delaying games.
I'd say during COVID + Ukraine, all bets are off on release dates (and that's not a criticism, it's rightfully so, humanity > video games).
I think you missed my point entirely lol.
Both MS and Sony promised a bunch of games for 2021 that ultimately came out in 2022. And rinse and repeat for this year - a bunch of 2022 games are now 2023 games. So who is keeping their promises? Nintendo?
I can't say I'm really surprised. This game seems to be going through development hell.
Woop woop. Day 1 for me.
Not surprising, they were always going to run out of 360 games in the end. Still quite a few open questions here though - are they still going to give 4 games? will they be a combination of XSX + XB1 now?
I guess we'll find out more soon.
Every once in a while, GamePass has a weak bi-weekly drop - this is it. Hopefully the titles for the 2nd half of July are better.
I think I’ll stick with the Steam Deck (if I ever actually manage to get one) thanks.
I trust Valve more than some random out of country HW company.
Why is this even still a thing? I haven’t heard or seen anything about Stadia in forever.
I’m surprised it isn’t in the Google graveyard already.
@Hatchet I’m vocal about the platforms I play on, and don’t really care about those I don’t - aside from perhaps some parts of the grass being greener on the other side.
Constructive criticism is not hatred or dislike. It’s how we as gamers get things we want, and get a better deal from corporations.
95% of my gaming is done on PS5, with the rest on PC (RTS, FPS) and a very small amount (exclusives) on Switch.
It’s that simple 🤷...
Sega Bass Fishing with the rod controller ❤️
Perhaps. But the other 25% makes it good bang for your buck and more than covers the subscription fee.
The other way of looking at it: the only games leaving are small/lesser known ones. The big games remain in the service.
@jznrpg I didn’t have a list in my comment.
Also not sure how Xbox is “my” fan base when I game near exclusively on PS5 and PC 🤷 I must be a really bad fan.
Abuse is wrong regardless of where it takes place & which platform it is related to.
Nintendo have always had a way with slowly introducing game concepts and making the extensions of them feel natural.
Obscure is right, Ragnarok was a 2021 game. The original announcement is still up on PS YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
He's also correct on TLOU Factions: https://www.polygon.com/231...
