Its possible that someone doesnt like RPG's anymore right? It can happen if you play these things for a long time
I personally have the exact same thing with FPS games. Played them for well over 10 years, now they usually feel dull and repetitive to me.
FC4 was fun while it lasted but never came back to it after finishing it (also due to there being no map editor for multiplayer)
Awesome, now I can play as crackhead :D
Addicted to all sorts of concoctions
Fingers crossed. But I know I shouldnt..
But I will
I hope so, Fallout 4 holds alot of weight and it sort of makes sense hosting a seperate event for it.. Unless they got a whole bunch of new games to announce (Doom for sure) there isnt much point in having your own event
I always wondered once coming to PC with the modding and stuff, will it be possible to create something reminiscent of The Last of Us but in an open world setting?
Overgrown and partially destroyed buildings, clickers or another kind of infection.
It would take immense effort from a modding team though, but it would definitely be impressive
It might not be your kind of game then?
Forcing yourself to like something usually doesnt work out well..
Yeah,
Lets see.. a new door lock, cut phone cables, write farewell letters to family and friends.
That should do it
@bunt
You're probably right about the financial part.. However once reeled in by a publisher ready to make your next big game, its usually alot more fuss implementing creative new ideas (I believe the publisher has a say in that too) And so possibly limiting the creativity.
I think in the best case you start up a great game with a small team, and get publishers interested in your ideas so to back it financially and expand on those ideas.
I be...
Agreed, if any game is worth its price tag, its this game.
Ofcourse personal tastes vary, but no one can say its a cheap cash in or something.
The devs treat it like their masterpiece, and I have no doubt thats what it'll be
I think he meant it as ''If you don't like something, its cool'' in direct response to the title
Oh I broke quite a lot of controllers in my time gaming.
Not to say I have any anger issues though, im probably the calmest person you'll meet out there:D. But when it came to some games.. plastic particles will fly guaranteed
On the article:
Seems like he struggled, gave up and decided to write an article about it while still being frustrated, not a good idea.
Exactly, much like previous Souls games, it can be an amazing journey (albeit a difficult one) I personally cherish every hard time it gives me, no matter how frustrating. Because it makes the game that much more worth finishing. For the ones cheaping out though, it'll be a much less memorable experience
Yh, probably took me even longer
Then again with good games like these I like to take my time and explore. There are quite alot of small things you can miss in the first parts
I don't get why those people don't try speed running the full game.. As said it doesnt really impress or show any form of skill abusing glitches
Just a legit full speed run from beginning to end, optional bosses and areas excluded, seems like much more of a challenge and probably more fun to watch aswell. People might even learn a few combat strategies from it
Its been just a week.. these things tend to pop up after so many people experimenting with the game.
Im sure From will patch it soon
yeah I don't get that part either
You bought something to play, and then proceed to deliberately miss out on gameplay
Ill get it for £18.86
This is the exact kind of review that isn't appreciated. The dude mentioned him not liking these type of games and let his own bias influence his score while hardly noting the gameplay mechanics, quality and atmosphere for what it is. It's an opinion piece at best, not a proper multi-perspective review
More than anything
Also: stress relief, problem solving, creative thinking and imagination. Theres probably some more
Won't hear a thing about positive effects though..
Ppl rather watch 6 hours of television a day brain dead.
